“Juan Lopez and his team were professional from start to finish. He turned a galley kitchen, dark office, and screened porch into a beautiful great room and extra bathroom. We love what they did. His work is reasonably priced and to your specifications. I have recommended J.Lo to everyone I know. They are what you think of when you hire a contractor - they handle everything. Five stars. “Bought a large number of natural hickory cabinets. Had a few issues, and the staff assisted me with all of them. Replacement pieces from the manufacturer took 3-4 weeks, but that was out of their hands. Overall, excellent customer service.”

“Ron, the store manager is amazing! I had a mishap with a grill delivery last Friday. Ron, not only fixed my problem, but he accepted ownership of the problem with a friendly and professional disposition, and took the time to deliver the correct grill himself. I really appreciated this as I own a home in Memphis, but I don't live there. He was a total lifesaver, and I was extremely grateful for his willingness to go above and beyond! He is a true gem and an asset to this store!”

“One thing I can say about the Depot, is this, I was looking all over for a replacement grate for my grill and when I finally found a place with the them they told me I need the size of the one I need. Not having this info this wasn't the place for me, so next I thought about Home Depot sales items like this. When I get up there they had an adjustable grate for under $30!”
“This Lowes location has made a great turnaround in Customer Service but while shopping Friday, 4/19/24 in the garden center they have a black & white Feral cat roaming that almost made me fall when it jumped off an elevated plant display. Why would you force customers to come in contact with a Feral animal who is also pooping & peeing on merchandise that customers have to handle. This puts customers and employees at risk of being exposed to unnecessary bacteria, disease, fleas, etc. Store management needs to address this ASAP. I am a retired Public Health Professional and First Responder. This is a Dangerous Situation !!!”

“Sometimes you can get some great deals . Restroom was not up to par . Check out was fairly quick . I notice many more store employees in wheelchairs which is wonderful .”
