H brought my two small doggies to be groomed at the Poplar Hollywood Feed. They did a great job with both dogs and I'll be going back. Of course tis also a great place to pick up treats and supplies for your fur babies.

I feel awful for taking my pets to Hollywood feed for a groom.
The tech was almost 10 mins late and came in with starbuck in hand.
Then even after expressing this was their first time and they were nervous the tech literally dragged them across the floor and shoved them into kennels. I do not feel my dog should be punished due to her being late.
She did not attempt to bond with our dogs or really show any compassion. Instead she threatened to deny service and blew off all of our concerns.
If you want a groomer that will care for your dog and treat them well would highly suggest looking somewhere else.

We love Hollywood Feed! ?

This store has recently expanded, the aisles are nice and wide, the shelves are arranged to display the items without feeling cluttered or claustrophobic, the sales price was clearly marked on each item, and as a bonus, the bathrooms were both large and clean. They also offer baths and grooming by appointment, and thar area was spotless.
The staff was super nice and helpful. I was in the store for about 30 minutes, and 4 or 5 people asked if I needed assistance. Someone even carried my large bag of dog food to my car !
I usually just have our dog food dropped shipped to our home, so it was nice to actually visualize the large variety of items and foods readily available.
Sadly, my dogs are really small, and I am really particular about certain items that I purchase for them. I have been looking for a new harness for Delilah that is stylish, fits well, is comfortable and cool for long hours of travel, and most importantly, is safe,
(Small dogs are at risk for crushed tracheas, and a poorly fitted harness can be a big risk!)
I can not tell you how many different stores I have visited without success.
She wears a xxs or occasionally a xs, but many manufacturers just do not make them that small. (Her sire was even harder to fit at 3lbs even. xxxs always for him.)
This location had the brand, style, and size of her current harness, but I was really looking for an upgrade, so we didn't get a new harness.
But Delilah did get several regular and dental treats and a new toy !
?Again, this is a great location, and it will probably become my new go-to store. ??

Usually very helpful, but was lacking during my last visit. Bad knee stops me from carrying heavy items and large dog food bags are hard to handle.

Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. Patiently answered questions and provided guidance when needed. I would not hesitate to shop here again.

They only help customer that they know walked around until I found what I was looking for than I have to carry the 40 pound of dog food to the front of the store and to my car no one offered help they need to be more courteous to all customers

I love the new store and was greeted with such friendliness from the lady at the register. She was also very helpful to personally show me where to pick up my cats from grooming. Wonderful place with so much product choice
