Do not stay at a holiday inn! They control the A.C. Room was a steamy 74 after 15min of wanting it cold. Just a crappy hotel chain. I stay at 10 to 15 hotels a year for work and or vacation and this my 4th or 5th (work booked with out my knowledge) and they suck ass! P.s. you pay for a crummy bad breakfast: ? ?

It’s been a while since I stayed in a Holiday Inn property. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. The staff were extremely friendly and the lounge decor was nice and updated. The rooms and halls looked dated, but it was a quick trip for me. They had a GREAT BREAKFAST buffet that I enjoyed. I only took 2 stars off for the 2 roaches I saw in my room.

The room entrance was very hard to open / close. The customer was good as well as the location.

This location is my usual spot when traveling to Memphis for business. Attentive, friendly staff. Clean rooms. Decent breakfast. The wifi could be a bit better but given the alternatives I'll choose this Holiday Inn every time.

Each staff person I encountered was super nice. The free breakfast was fair (good selection, okay taste). Unfortunately I was not able to dine in the on site restaurant.
Location: perfect. You are close to everything, but hidden in a quiet enclave with other hotels.
Rooms: Good size, clean.
Nearby activities: Near churches, restaurants, freeway, and many stores (Sam's, Walmart, Walgreens, mall, TJMaxx...).
Walkability: Even though so many things are in walking distance, imo, the area is not walker friendly. Busy area with fast moving traffic.

I would like to thank the Hotel but most importantly to two of your employees in Mari and Kameron who have the utmost hospitality, kindness, and great customer service abilities. I just tried Great Hunter Seafood based on Mari's recommendation and I have been truly welcomed into the hotel from both Kameron and Mari. All companies are made of people so yes Holiday inn is great but your employees make you look good and those two make you look amazing! Thank you and God bless!

Clean hotel and helpful staff. Note that if you get a room near the end of a hallway, your internet will be spotty and/or slow. This seems to happen with other hotels, too. It’s not new.
Rooms: Rooms are typical hotel size. They are clean, too.
Food and drinks: An abundance of restaurants are nearby.

The pool was so overloaded with chlorine that it bleached my (and granddaughters) bathing suits!!
It also burned the skin of my younger grandkids and our hair still feels like straw 3 days later!!
Pick a different hotel if your focus is the pool.....otherwise I'd stay our of theirs.....

Service was good, friendly people. But seriously, you have a rack for bath towels...in the shower!? I kept moving them elsewhere.

I’ll start with the good then the bad. So some things I did love about this place was the location I went by myself so I was very close to all the activities I wanted to do while being out there. Another thing I liked about the hotel was the soap options weird I know but most hotels have cheap or unknown soap & everything they had was dove so I did like that. Now onto the bad so I guess I booked my stay during a biker event ?? I wish they would’ve told me cuz I def wouldn’t had stayed knowing that I wanted a peaceful trip to get some alone time & every where I went inside the hotel was packed. The bar was packed so I never got a chance to enjoy it. The gym was so weak I have a better gym in my house?? literally 2 dumbbells, an elliptical & a treadmill that’s it the room barely can fit 2 people. The shower was definitely not appealing at all it looked like it was cheaply patched & they never got around to fixing it correctly. The room itself was alright but definitely not worth the 150$ a night I spent on this place I’ve had better stays at 50$-70$ hotels honestly. I was charged 17$ per breakfast coupon for frozen French toast sticks, eggs, bacon & sausage. I’ve had better free breakfasts at hotels. Staff is definitely rude in there. Lady caught an attitude with me because I told her I wanted a new plate bcuz there was hair in my food. Pool was completely packed every time I went with literally no space to swim or to sit in hot tub. Teenagers sitting in the gym on there phones not working out this was honestly a very ghetto hotel ? I could’ve stayed home for that. Another thing that annoyed the hell outta me was the fact the key to the door constantly kept not working I had to get a new key everyday ?? Overall I def won’t be staying here again I’m leaving this review as a reminder to myself to never stay here again?

I am checking out this morning.
Only issue I had was I saw 2 little roaches in my room during my stay. One in the evening by the TV area and one this morning by the sink area.
Please invest in normal pest control.

Always stay here for work but they let a homeless guy harass me outside without doing anything. Not cool
