Rude and short on the phone. When I asked if the agent was having a bad day she hung up on me. Completely unprofessional. Go elsewhere.

I would give a 0 if I could. SLOW, RUDE & what’s the point of booking a car if one isn’t reserved for you on the day? AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Bad customer service, unprofessional and just lazy workers. I returned a car they kept charging me. Couldn’t get anyone on the phone, neither could hertz corporate eventually had to get credit card company involved. The owners comment but doesn’t care. If they did they would have so many bad reviews
