I called this florist for a rush delivery after 1800flowers fumbled my order. I spoke with florist who comforted my concerns and accepted this last minute order and got it out in 2 hours. From this point forward any flowers I need delivered in Memphis I will call them directly. Thank you for the beautiful bouquet for my aunt's 76th birthday.

Exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Received a personal phone call, as I am out of state in the District of Columbia to make sure the arrangement would be satisfactory if slight changes had to be made to the arrangement. When I discovered my online floral order couldn't be delivered until after Mother's Day; I decided to reach out to a local florist in the zipcode of the city the flowers were going to be sent. I contacted Henley's Flowers & Gifts because I liked their reviews and they offered the exact floral arrangement I wanted initially. And the owner's kindness and concern gave me confidence to make the purchase. She was also able to include the Cymbidium Orchid flowers that were a part of the arrangement which was remarkable during this year's flower shortage and my short notice. I HIGHLY recommend Henley's for your flower needs in and near Memphis. I am so impressed with the succulent arrangement I got for a friend who just had a little girl. I ordered over the phone and Henley's delivered way faster that expected (I ordered on Wednesday and the arrangement was delivered on Friday). Super friendly staff and beautiful flowers!

My good friend suffered a serious accident and was hospitalized as a result. I'm out of town so I searched the internet to find a florist to send her flowers during her recovery. I talked to Carolyn and she helped me to customize an arrangement that reflected our sorority colors and symbols. After placing the order I found that since my friend was in ICU she couldn't receive flowers. No problem. Carolyn called the hospital regularly to check on my friend's condition and also prayed for her quick recovery. Mind. Blowing. What florist will design your arrangement with your preference, work within your stated budget and add care and concern to the package? That's priceless. Today my friend was moved into rehab section of the hospital and guess who was ready to greet her with her beautiful flower arrangement?? So no one gets a higher rating for quality and customer service. This is officially my Memphis florist. Please try them and you won't be disappointed!!!!!
