I have been going to this gym for a few months now. It has everything you’d need and more to get a great workout in. The owner, Kelly, is very helpful when it comes to learning how equipment works. It’s very clean and well taken care of.

I recommend this gym to any local or weekend visitor. I frequently visit Memphis and always look forward to returning to this gym. Kelly Davis, the gym owner, is knowledgeable, personable, and provides all you need to get a great workout in. The gym offers a full weight room (Bench Press and Squat rack included) and cardio equipment. Kelly offers great deals for personal training as well as day/week passes.

Biggest problem with this place is the owner. Was rude at every encounter. I ended up not placing a membership because of horror stories I heard about him. As for the equipment, it isn’t terrible, it’ll do the job HOWEVER, it is very cramped. Not much room to maneuver at all. Always crowed. Also, totally not worth the $40 a month. Overpriced.

Great compact gym. It has everything you need. Serious commitment to beginner through top fitness athletes. Very reasonable price for Guest pass. Terrific workout enhanced our visit to Memphis. Do not rely upon the bad reviews. Gym Happy!

It's a really good gym. Variety of different weights and machines to train different areas of the body. The gym has a bunch of treadmills and ellipticals to warm up and to do cardio. Easy access with a key fob 24hrs. Does not seem to be packed after 8pm.

Harbor town fitness is like finding a gym in a small piece of heaven.. the streets aren't made of gold.. but you can't beat the people, atmosphere or the views Mississippi river after a workout.

I've never consistently worked out until I joined this gym a year and a half ago and now work out with regularity. I have this gym and my experience with the owner, Kelly, to thank for this transformation. I've never had to wait to use a treadmill and love the morning classes (now suspended because of C19), especially Vicky's yoga class. Kelly is a patient and motivating personal trainer who keeps me engaged, driven, and adjusts work outs for my desired outcomes and limitations. I appreciate that this is a boutique gym (with great lighting thanks to oversize windows with picture-perfect views of the harbor) and that it is always spotless. Because this is a small business, there is also a welcoming sense of community along with a friendly staff and clientele.

on vacation in Memphis I trained 1 week in this gym. I loved. everything was accessible, the employees were really friendly and the devices recents.jetais very comfortable !! wow great gym

Gym is very small, crammed, and very, very limited during prime time more than you would expect if you went to planet fitness, 24hr fitness, etc. The worse part is that the owner has no sense of moral values, dishonest, no integrity and the worse part goes back on his word. I do not recommend going here unless you want to be in a crammed gym with a horrible owner.
