For the most part, I have appreciated this pharmacy. However, I had an Rx called in on July 17 and by Aug 2 when I called to check on it, the pharmacist said that it would be filled in 20 minutes and to be sure to get there by 2:00 before closing. Instead, I showed up the next day (Aug 3) at 11:00 and it still wasn’t filled. Dr. Michelle told me to wait. I watched her open up different bottles and fill several prescriptions. None of them were mine. At 11:24 I had to leave for an 11:30 appointment. Dr. Michelle was extremely rude and said she wasn’t there yesterday. Hopefully she won’t be there Monday when I pick it up.

This pharmacy was A+….top notch when they first opened and for quite awhile. Madison was PHENOMENAL and customer service was beyond amazing. The pharmacist and techs knew you by name if you were a regular and it felt like home. However, I was in there several days ago and was so disappointed. July 20th to be exact. There was a pharmacist and two techs and it seemed like the right hand didn’t know what the left hand was doing so to speak. Then I was told my medication wouldn’t be in until 3 days past the fill date and when I called today they said they didn’t put the order in until past the cut off time, therefore, it will not be until tomorrow. This makes four days past my fill date. Overall, they are still better than Kroger or Walgreens. Although, I hated how rude I felt like they were when I came in on the 20th. I am not used to that.

Hands down the best pharmacy I’ve ever used! Both of the women here go above and beyond to make your experience simple & easy! They will do whatever they can to ensure you're getting the best price & if they say they’ll call you back, they actually mean it. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would :)

It's an amazing neighborhood pharmacy. They go above and beyond and care about their customers. My dogs never miss an opportunity to get a treat or two there.

This is hands-down the best pharmacy I've ever been to! The pharmacists and employees there truly care about their customers and go above and beyond for them. My prescriptions are always ready on time and they are incredibly helpful with explaining how to take medication.Would recommend them to EVERYONE!

I don't usually write review but the service here is exceptional. My wife and I use localRx app to talk to the staffs here and they are the one reaching out to me 95% of time, reminding me that my medications are ready. I could not ask for a better healthcare team.

The pharmacist here is absolutely amazing! Not only did she stay open past 6 P.M. to fill my prescription but she really worked and tried to get the amount of my prescription to come down. She really does care about her customers and it’s not just about the money. I would also give this pharmacy more than 5/5 stars! Thank you again for working so hard and being such a nice person with good Customer service!

I wish I had more than five stars. Harbor Town Pharmacy does everything better. They have taken extra personal time with me to help me make selections, regardless of prices. They refill prescriptions promptly and offer free delivery. They helped me treat a wound on my back that I could not reach, once or twice a day until the infection was gone. They operate a great pharmacy with the best possible personal touch and they make great friends.

I feel bad that it took me this long to write this review hahaThe Pharmacist Madison and the Pharm techs are so sweet and always helpful.They are really efficient and fast! Half of the time they already have my meds on the counter by the time I walk from the front door to the counter!They are all super nice and easy to ask questions if you need anything from them. They even have an app you can text the pharmacist with! I often try to ensure my prescriptions are filled (too many bad experiences with chain pharmacies) but most of the time they text me first to let me know they are available. If you live on mud island they will even deliver (non-controlled) prescriptions to your house if you are unable to make it to for whatever reason.Do future you a favor, stop using chain pharmacies, and switch to this pharmacy... Did you hear that? I think that was future you high fiving today's you! Nice!

We absolutely LOVE this pharmacy! I am suprised I haven't written a review yet, because we tell everyone we know to go here. A total breath of fresh air after a few bad experiences at other pharmacies, we are super grateful for how kind, prompt, knowledgable and supportive everyone who works at Harbor Town Pharmacy is. We started using them when we lived in the area, and now we happily drive from East Memphis to still use them as our pharmacy because they are the BEST!!! Never again will I go to a "big box" pharamcy for my family's medications - Harbor Town Pharmacy is the one for me!

Harbor town has been nothing but helpful and kind in the process of getting my medicine where it has been a struggle at others. Erica helped me today and was so welcoming! After having stressful visits at another pharmacy, I appreciated it so much! Highly recommended them!

The staff at Harbor Town Pharmacy is truly great! They are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Plus, the pharmacy itself is clean and has a nice selection of over-the-counter products. I highly recommend Harbor Town Pharmacy!
