I have gone to Harbor of Health for nearly 15 years and always had great care. What has caused me to come to google to write a review is the exceptional care I received from their (newish) provider Kafila Jaipuri. I came in for a mix of mental health concerns and mysterious physical ailments. She was extremely thorough and supportive and referred me to appropriate specialists within the Regional One network. I highly recommend her for a general practitioner.

I’m not sure about everyone else experience but I have had nothing but great experiences with the NP Byard, I whether see her then the Dr they have there. She always show concern when I come in, she checks everything, ask a lot of questions, she call & follow up when needed. Moved from the area and still come here.

Terrible experience. They clearly advertise walk-in clinic, but are not at all. Let me know there was no doctor, they don't take new patients and even if I wasn't they would schedule for 2 weeks out. The front desk was extremely rude unprovoked, taking personal calls on speaker and had a clear attitude. Absolute waste of time.

Impossible to reach them by phone. When you press the option to speak to someone, it just disconnects. I’ve been trying to contact them about something for weeks.I eventually took time-off work and went into their office and they said they would get everything done. That was 3 weeks ago. I can’t find out why they haven’t done it, because I still can’t get through by phone.I’m switching to another PCP, these guys are clowns.

Dr Hayes did not order a test I specifically requested during my appointment and then this clinic billed me with the incorrect billing code. Calling does not help because nobody knows how to do anything in the billing department.

Great service, however I always paid my copay and any other charges. I still received a debt collection letter after they billed my insurance and they never contacted me first. It was only for $15!!!! And they were going to ruin my credit

I can’t get an answer on my phone. I’ve literally called them, waited on hold while I drove from my house to there and been on hold while I have scheduled an appointment in person with the receptionist. I don’t think I’ve actually seen a doctor there in a while either, its usually a nurse. Who told me last time after I was bitten by an unknown dog to just come back if I exhibit symptoms of rabies. (Most people know that if you show symptoms, you’re pretty much dead at that point).

I love this dr. office and my previous PCP. My previous PCP was caring, demonstrated empathy and actual concern about my health. However since her death I have bene seeing the NP, Ms. Tonisha B. at this location and she is unconcern, uncaring, has no passion for me as her patient. I would not recommend her to anyone. This lady discontinue my medication from a previous surgery, she has no patient, during my last visit she did not listen with concern, she has declined my refills and issue me a rx for ten days supply like I have money to pay for an office visit every 10 days.. I received a bill, that pertained inaccurate billing codes for procedures that was not completed or requested during my visit. I have been going to this location for over 15 years and did not experience any of the above mention until I was seen by Tonisha for the past year. I will continue if they have another Doctor on site but I will not be seen by Tonisha B.

Really want to like this place as a primary care because it's close and Dr..Hayes is GREAT. If you're looking for friendly and consistent experiences this definitely isn't the place.

After reading the negative reviews I was very apprehensive about what to expect. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. From the receptionist to the assistant to the dr, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The waiting room was set to social distance and was very clean. I went for a basic physical and although the results were not what I wanted to hear I felt the dr took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions.

Fast service and very through service. Clean facility. Tomisha NP is such a knowledgeable and pleasant provider; the front desk workers are so pleasant as well.

Used to be good. I called today for an annual physical and they refused saying that only the NP does physicals, but you have to be her primary patient. The doctor doesn't even do annual physicals, instead that told me to go to my OBGYN. This makes no sense, as my OBGYN doesn't do all the things needed. Terrible service, terrible care terrible practice of medicine.

I love coming to this office. It is by the river and I feel very peaceful. The staff is friendly and they are great for my basic medical needs. They also have made sure to direct me to the right doctors if I have concerns as well as directed me to do everything to get well and stay healthy, well, and happy!
