Overpriced for merchandise to be used, opened boxes with missing pieces and parts. Store is dirty and not organized. Terrible!!

Actually going through the process of helping my grandma get a habitat house. The application process has been ok. The only thing that's holding us up is showing proof of non filing. Other than that, Miya has been so helpful.

I was very disappointed to see that the store is not organized like the pictures and you can't get any help in finding items. I asked a young lady who did not know so she ask this guy, Adrian Turner for help in locating kitchen cabinets and he told me, ''you have to look around and find it". The store was not that organized. One gentleman did walk up a say, hey we are getting ready to close so if you come back on Friday, I will help you find the cabinets. As an Operations Manager myself I was very disappointed with his response. I don't work in the store and I would think that the employees there would know the layout of the land. But I guess not. I just wanted two kitchen cabinets. I will take the long drive to the one in Mississippi to see if I get better service and a more organized clean store.

I’m sorry, I’m all for helping out with the unfortunate, but this place is selling used donations for almost new prices! People who shop here are also in need of good deals and it seems like they forget the goods are donated- no good deals here!

They changed their opening schedule and did not update anywhere. I went there today (11/18, Thursday) and they were closed for Thursdays but on Google it shows they were open. I drove more than 1 hour to visit this store but it's closed. Please update your schedule whenever you change it!*Edited to reckon the fact that I must have confused the Restore with the office.

This was only my second time shopping at Habitat for Humanity. The store opened at 11a and I arrived at about 10:15. I decided to wait. At about 10:30, people started lining up to get in the store, a long line. As I sat there, I am thinking this must be half price Wednesday or something. No, not half price Wednesday, just a variety of good items to purchase. Some a bit pricey, some one of a kind and you would not care about the price. This store is located in Southeast Memphis and well worth the trip, no matter your location. I think I may be making a weekly trip. You never know what you may find. Definitely a return shopper.
