I wish I could give 0. Whoever worked the time I went in, didn't help me AT ALL. But wanted to target my kids with me and say they were stealing simply because they were walking around and carrying purses.....I don't know having a bag was an issue? They barely have a selection, the fitting room is closed, floor unorganized. The only helpful person was the cashier, Chris, so shout out to him for helping me out. This location is terrible. And the management is worse. I won't be back.

The truth is that it is not a store that impresses me, it has boring and very expensive clothes compared to other stores in the same category. There is almost never a plus size (I think it is in general here in Memphis). I would recommend it for when looking for clothes to wear at home.

Usually get all of my son's clothes at H&M. Went to a different H&M than normal today. It would be helpful if this H&M actually kept the doors open until closing time and did not shut down 15 minutes early. I will not go back to this particular location.
