My company contracted this vendor to move me across state lines. They damaged my couch and then blatantly lied about how the damages occurred.As soon as I saw the cut, I immediately notified Tom Whittle. He explained that the sofa was unwrapped at the facility and that they used a box cutter and that’s how he believed the cut occurred. He stated it was then resealed for transport to my home. He also asked me about stains on the couch. I stated that those had already been there. I'm an honest person.Then he lied to corporate and said I cut the couch myself! It was really SICK!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would .

Hard to find this place even with google the address is wrong. The lady help me out on my load and got me ready.. The old man was very friendly and helpful. Help load my truck, got rid of all the boxes I didn't need and we talk a little. Will do business again.

ATLAS/ GUARDIAN MOVED US FROM MEMPHIS TO OHIO, DANIELLE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL THROUGH OUT THE WHOLE PROCESS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY KRISTON WAS THE BEST I HAD FROM A MOVING COMPANY. YOU REALLY FEEL LIKE THIS COMPANY CARES ABOUT YOUR SHIPMENT. THANK YOU.

Danielle was our sales agent and was impressive and professional, she even brought me out some free used boxes so that we could pack ourselves and save on some of the cost of moving. Kriston was amazing in her customer service and helped us all our concerns since we have never used a company before. James our driver was so sweet and took wonderful care of our belongings and delivered us directly so we didnt wait too long.

I was so stressed over my move, but Kriston and Danielle were so sweet and helpful . it was nice having Atlas/guardian pack everything and take care of all of my arrangements. Driver was very nice as well and his helpers were so efficient and worked hard. I would use atlas/guardian again!

I will give zero star if I could.We have moved across the country three times for now and this is our fourth moving. We chose Atlas because the estimate was lowest from others. I tell you that moving with atlas is the worst experience. They charge you extra just before you get your stuff.After truck leave from old home they charge more and more for different reasons. We have to pay $3,800 more. It raised from $ 14,050.It is ridiculous. They should have explained us everything when we sign the contract for extra charge.We never had this kind of experience with Mayflower or United van line.We will never use this company again and will never recommend to others.

I will give zero star if I could.
We have moved across the country three times for now and this is our fourth moving. We chose Atlas because the estimate was lowest from others. I tell you that moving with atlas is the worst experience. They charge you extra just before you get your stuff.
