I scoured the Internet looking for a specific color of a Brooks running shoe. I read a couple reviews here that initially made me hesitant to order from Grivets, but because I really wanted the shoes and they showed them in stock, I went ahead.Soooo glad I did! Lauren in Customer Service was friendly and helpful with a question, price was comparable to everywhere else, and the shoes shipped and arrived quickly. Shipping was free due to order total. Was so pleased, I ordered a second pair from them and had the same experience.Don't hesitate to order anything online from this store!

I'm always nervous about ordering online, esp from a store I've never heard of but glad I took the chance! I ordered a pair of goodr sunglasses that arrived even faster than anticipated, in perfect condition.

Maybe in person they are okay? … but I would not buy from them online. CS gave me bad information, they shipped my order incorrectly, and provided no solutions.

Grivet Outdoors did not deliver the product and instead raised the price more than twice the original amount. The business practices here are suspect. I would avoid Grivet Outdoors.

Fantastic store with friendly people and a great selection of items. Service is tops. Cameron, the store manager, is just the best and also volunteers his time to help local runners with speed training.

The store was unexpectedly closed today after I drivall the way down there, so I guess a tip would be to call & make sure they are open before you go. In my experience with this store the staff is usually helpful and friendly. The shop has great shoes & cool accessories.

It's the fact that as soon as we walked in the store, the man spoke and continued on his laptop. We saw the shoes we wanted and needed to know the price. He didn't budge once to assist us.

I order a pair of very expensive shoes on Jan. 10th and they showed shipped out from USPS on Jan 11th, but package being held . Grivets showed a tracking number they email to me . When I call the USPS listed for that location I received that it is a cell phone . I also called the USPS number and they show nothing . I called Grivet 2 times and sent 2 emails. They ( Grivet ) wanted me to wait until January 24th . which is 12 days from time shipped. These shoes weren't cheap on their website . They are $169.00. I ask them for a refund . I don't feel they are doing a good job at being honest on my purchase.. I don't feel I will ever get my shoes or refund . BEWARE
