It was good..compare to other places Memphis bus station is far better

Don't ask for help. 1st time in 40yrs and now it's difficult to get help or a real person. Some of the drivers were rude and added that extra touch. Sad ?☹️

People who work here a friendly and helpful. Need better security in parking lot but inside they do good job. Clean place lady who works days does great job In bathrooms.
