Estoy muy contenta con la atención en la oficina la administración es muy amable se preocupa por la estabilidad de inquilino el personal de mantenimiento es atento y responsable las instalaciones del complejo son excelentes. Una zona muy tranquila y segura el área del parque esta muy bonita, el césped se bien lindo. Se respira tranquilidad

I stayed over there for a year! When I first moved over there it was owned by multisouth properties. But when CapeStone bought them everything went down hill!! Back in January 15,2024 we had that winter storm an my pipes froze and burst! My apartment flooded for 16 hours! They don’t have an emergency maintenance line or anything. Here it is April 23,2024 and that nasty molded carpet is still down there! They haven’t came to pull the carpet up or anything! Then mold is growing on the walls in the apartment! They don’t care and not trying to fix it! You can’t get in touch with the office nor corporate! Plus nobody in the office speaks English! Everyone is Hispanic! How are you going to have all Hispanic workers that speaks no English with a neighborhood filled with black people?! I advise anyone to beware of these apartments!

New management again this the 4th time since 2020 , new people are Spanish decent , front office receptionist speaks limited English and they are now increasing the rent up $200 without any new renovations, online photos definitely deceiving the entire complex is outdated, needs new renovations and no way rent should be 1100 when we still have these , green countertops throughout entire home , floors are carpet not hardwood, old wooden cabinets, 1998 dishwashers 1998 air units no way these out of town company’s come take over and over charge for tenants whom been staying here for 6 years plus this inconsiderate

ZERO STARZ ‼️From the outside or even the website these apartments look Amazing But looks are very deceiving. I lived in Greenview Estates from 2022-2023 . They are horrible consider them to be baby projects. The Office Staff is incredibly rude, and inconsiderate. The Residents leave trash all over the grounds, Trash bins are always full. Maintenance does the bare minimum ! My air conditioner unit went out August 1 and still as not been replaced . The windows to my apartment were nailed shut which is a fire hazard. It is so much more I could say but I will just leave it at Do Not Move Here ‼️.

If I could’ve put 0 stars that’s exactly what would’ve been selected. All these lying reviews are just what they are LIES! Office staff RUDE, maintenance barely want to do their jobs. No trash cans accessible, but up front by office. Which make’s parking lot looks trashy cause its trash all over. It’s mold inside a lot of the apartments, most of the hot water isn’t hot to shower with. Get ready for your pipes to bust every year & flood the floors. Major water issues that property don’t take serious. Non are move-in ready if you ask me. Needs fully renovation! Outside bugs will definitely be inside, dead & alive at random. They charge you for pest control, that doesn’t work at all & you can’t cancel it; even if u don’t use it. They’ll take your security deposit & not want to return it, even tho you left in excellent condition. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to a homeless dog!

One thing I would say is that they're very thorough from bank statements to background. They want to know what your earning. My advice be honest and nice these ladies do not have to do what do. They could be out here like every other apartments around this neighborhood and have attitudes with their hands out. Beyond their amazing service the day I was approved was the day I moved in. They were so nice and understanding.

I've Been Staying Here 3 Years Now , Well managed environment, kid friendly, quiet neighborhood/ The manager Natalie & Tiffany have always been a breath of fresh air and a helping hand with the overall process , when anyone asks where I stay I proudly say Greenview estates, and would definitely recommend the stay here.Best of luck future tenants

Lack of communication is most definitely a major issue. Applied on Nov 2. Received an email stating they received my application and fee. Today is Nov 11 and I still haven't heard anything else from them despite leaving voicemail and communicating with what seems to be an automated reply via text messages. I am unable to go to the office due to moving from out of state. Very unprofessional not to reach out to the applicants after they have paid they application fee. Giving me scammer vibes.

The property manager is awesome! She goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. Very attentive to detail. Makes you feel special, like family. Looking forward to handling business with her for a long time.
