My review mostly reflects the lack of customer service I received from the front desk staff not my massage. Although, I did enjoy my massage and was very relaxed afterwards the treatment I received from the attendant at the front desk upon leaving completely tarnished my experience. Hopefully some additional training will take place in the very near future on how to resolve unique situations in a manner that will not make your customers feel alienated.

My experience was amazing! My husband bought me the Ultimate Spa Day Package for Mother’s Day. We recently had a pregnancy loss and the ladies really helped make what was going to be a hard day be not so bad. I walked out smiling. Thank you so much to Khadidra, Angela, Raven, and the receptionist ( I don’t remember her name)! You ladies were wonderful!

I received a facial today at Gould's Academy by Brittney McDowell. She was thorough, professional and knowledgeable!!! She explained the process to me, as this was my first time receiving a facial. I felt so comfortable and relaxed that I almost fell asleep. I would DEFINITELY reccommend her for all of your facial and waxing needs!!!

I went on Saturday, March 2 to get a cut and balayage and had a great experience! I saw Ally for the first time and she was incredibly professional and did a very thorough job on the color of my hair. I will definitely request her again!
