I wanted to specially thank Jason, Lisa, Nate, and Alicia for everything they did to make things right. These folks truly care about their customers and I am so happy we purchased our Atlas from you all. This will not be our last. You all truly went above and beyond. Thank you all so much. It means the world to me how well you all treated us! My wife loves her new Atlas. The trip out of state was worth it in the end!

I took my Suv in for brake service, and not only did I find out that the service was free of charge due to a factory warranty....but they also washed my vehicle too!
Then they handed my keys over with a smile. This location has the BEST customer service! I love it here!

This dealership is AWFUL and has made me never ever like nor consider buying a VW.. I had my car about 2 months the engine needed work they replaced it, the mechanic that fixed it supposedly had “25 years experience” well the engine went back out. It was suppose to be replaced with a new one and guess what it was only warranty for 12,000 miles 12,000 freaking miles. So now I’m out of manufacture warranty good thing I have extended warranty. Dewayne is awful the lady that works with him just as bad. They will not listen to your concerns they are only out to get your money. The mechanics 25 years had to have been on kids toy cars. I will never buy a VW because of this dealership.

-not being able to prove my identity remotely or have a locksmith come to me sucked. I incurred expenses you didn't profit off of that, I think you could offer. This is a suggestion, not a complaint

I was given an appointment. I got there a few minutes early and was told about a hour to a hour and half they should be done with my vehicle and that it was along with a few small issues I had but the prices were reasonable so It took just a few minutes more but everything was done and the young man who took care of was nice and on point.
