The service managers have no communication with the techs. The sales representatives do not either. Do not take your vehicle to this unprofessional location to be serviced. Pick another dealer.

I believe I spoke with Lee in the service department today to schedule maintenance on my 2007 Jeep Wrangler. He informed me if my car didn’t have a “computer his young guys can’t do anything for me. I contacted Jeep Wave due to this being the second time in a year that I was told my Jeep, once their Jeep mind you wasn’t allowed to be serviced only because of it age, not because it irreparable because they hadn’t even did an inspection. Why you ask? Because they’re just that good at Gossit, they can tell you over the phone your car is trash, a Jeep at that.
But since we’re here, let’s go back to 2021, when I orders a hardtop cover, prepaid, and never got the actual part installed only after Memphis was hit with a terrible storm and my jeep was left out in the elements and incurred damages that I paid for out of pocket.
That’s not here nor there because Zack, out in Millington was glad to have my business and insured he’d do everything he could, if parts are available. That’s all I wanted was a little customer service, at the least gossit could’ve profited off my little 150 diagnosis fee.
I type and this to type, BE AWARE OF THESE COMPANIES WHO DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR CRAP! ?✌???

Huge shout out to Thomas Cauble & Bob Flowers for the outstanding service provided on my wifes jeep for warranty. I honestly have never had something go so smooth at a dealership. Went in monday to have it looked at for a radio replacement due to it seperating (known jeep issue). Wednesday morning I got a call to come in and have it replaced and my wife was there not even an hour and was done and on her way. Phenomenal service, very thankful for them!!!

Michael Robinson, my Service Consultant, did a great job in figuring out the problem with my Renegade and developing a game plan for the repairs. I was back on the road as promised! He show great product knowledge, customer service skill and a "Can Do Attitude". We need more people like him. He's a keeper!

Don’t buy a Jeep. You’ll never be able to get it serviced. They want me to drop it off for three weeks before they can fix it. I’ve called every location and you can’t even make an appointment. My car has a check engine light and number of issues but they tell me I have to leave it there for 10 days to 3 weeks before it can get serviced. Without a courtesy car. How people are doing this and renting a car or doing without is beyond logical. Regret my purchase.

We bought a used jeep grand Cherokee Laredo yesterday. We are so pleased. Love the color and how the suv handles...the steering is so tight. Our rep was awesome, asked questions and never pushy. I highly recommend Gossett Chrysler

The employees were extremely unhelpful in the service department the young lady continue to tell me that they do not set up appointments for putting your car on the diagnostic machine telling me that it would have to be dropped off and would probably be there for about 2 weeks before they be able to put it on the machine and she offered no alternatives. Not to mention my car is still under warranty.
