Tires carried at Goodyear are of terrible quality. I had to purchased steer tires three times in the last year and half. I purchased the last set June of this year (less than two months go) and the tires already need replacement. I stopped by this location for that reason and I’m told that I need to purchase a new set of tires and the current ones will be sent for inspection to determine whether or not they are defected although damage is visible . I do not recommend any of their tires and their customer service is as terrible. Even Adam (the manager I spoke with) was of no help. Although your purchase is under warranty, you’re still required to make a new purchase while they determined whether to reimburse you for your product. Will not purchase or recommend purchasing any products from Goodyear in the future
