I had two totes full of clothes and the lady walked right past the door as if she didn't see me pull up. So I had to unload the totes and sit them outside of the building.

I was donating some items. The employees were not friendly and told me my donations were garbage because they were wet from the rain. Most of the items were plastic kid toys and metal beds. The employee said we are going to throw it all away that they couldn’t make money on the items.Wow.. I will never donate anything to the Goodwill store again. I gave One star just so I could post my expirence with this terrible Goodwill location.
