In all the times I've dropped off stuff here I've never had a bad experienceExcept for today. My boyfriend and I are moving and of course with that comes a lot of items to drop off. We packed everything into boxes fairly neat to avoid a mess but the woman working Feb 25 around noon decided to say "why are you bringing me all of this? I'm working alone" sorry but we are moving and this is literally THE JOB. We had no idea you were working alone and also don't really care, because we rely on goodwill to be a good place to take our donations and don't really expect to be insulted for doing so. Now I just feel like all those donations will be mysteriously broken and thrown out because someone is mad about being at work. Was she expecting us to just...say "omg so sorry, we will go to another location!"

Dropped off a bunch of items from cleaning out our storage and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Haven't shopped here, but the staff seems great!

It should be hard to review a place that is "just" a drop-off center, but the staff members are all consistently pleasant and deserve a shout-out.
