Mike & the entire staff was a blessing to work with. Initially I had my mind set on a bridal set from Jared’s. But it just didn’t have that wow factor, the Jareds salesperson tried to push us to get a ring they had in-store at a price that was astronomical. I spoke to my sister, who had a fabulous custom ring made here & she recommended Mike. I am so happy we took her advice. The selection of rings were much different and the prices were great. We chose the ring, but were told the ring might not be finished before our wedding day. My husband surprised me with the new ring, at the ceremony. I get so many compliments. I love it & I love him!Thanks again Mike & the entire staff. It was a joy working with you!

Mike is fantastic! He is knowledgeable about his craft and does everything in his power to ensure the customer leaves happy and satisfied. I can't imagine having the same experience with breathtaking results anywhere else. He has a new lifetime customer in me.

The service was great I showed them what I was looking for and they help me find the perfect ring for my fiancé. Mike is very knowledgeable and professional. He did all he could to guarantee my satisfaction. When FedEx lost my ring in the mail they did everything they could to make sure I had a ring on time. They even ordered a new ring for me! Not to mention their prices bet every store and website I had looked at.

My boyfriend, now fiancé :), set up an appointment with Mike to look at rings. Basically the process is, you choose the ring, the diamond, then they have it set for you. (I’m not exactly sure on minimum setting times but I would say within a week it could be ready for pick up.) This may be kind of hard for people who can’t picture how things come together, but you can definitely bring in a picture of what you are looking for and they will have it - or can get it!!!They have a huge selection of rings and bands! And every employee was nice and helpful! Mike was phenomenal at getting my ring exactly as I wanted, I simply couldn’t thank him enough!Like everyone has mentioned, if you’re worried about that little light blue box or a grand shopping experience then this store is not for you. But I guarantee that you can get the exact ring as anywhere else here and at a fraction of the price!

Bar none, this place has the best prices for gold jewelry. They don't spend a lot of cash on advertisements or a fancy storefront, and they pass those savings on to the customer. As others have said, if you're looking for a boutique experience, this isn't the place for you. But if you're in the market for gorgeous, high quality gold jewelry and you don't want to break the bank, look no further. I've bought several pieces here and I plan to buy many more in the future. While this is a popular spot to get bespoke engagement rings (and that does seem to be their bread and butter), they also have a wonderful selection of gold chains, pendants, bracelets, and fashion rings. If you don't see something you like, Mike can custom order anything you want.Couple tips: You will need an appointment to enter the store. This keeps store traffic manageable and helps with security (which I appreciate, since many jewelry stores in the area have had issues with robbery and the extra security makes me feel safe while shopping) but the website appointment-maker can be finicky. Call or email the store for an easier process. I also recommend doing your research before you show up. Know exactly what you want so that you can ask for it directly. The staff are often very busy, so if you need to be shown many different options, you might end up hanging around for a while. Finally, your experience will vary based on who helps you. Ask for Mike if you can.Overall, this is the best place in town for engagement rings and staple gold jewelry. I think the only time I would go anywhere else would be if I was seeking something VERY niche or non-traditional.
