I fell in love with this beautiful cuff one weekend when my girlfriends and I stayed at the Peabody. My girlfriend wanted to surprise me, but she arrived after the shop had closed. The owner had one at his home and met her. The jewelry is beautiful, but the proprietor is the real jewel. He is knowledgeable about his product and willing to go above and beyond for his customers. In a day when customer service is dying, it is the cornerstone at Gir. Thank you for making my birthday special.

Booked a birthday weekend for my wife at the Peabody, while there we found GIR jewelry. Glad we did. Wife found a ring, we decided she needed it. Purchase made. it needed to be sized, done locally and completed Monday morning. Highly recommend stopping here.

Bought my mom a Classic Cable bracelet in silver and gold. She loved it! The craftsmanship is amazing! The best part of the experience is dealing with Sri and Ruta. They are both so nice and so knowledgeable about all of the jewelry.

While staying at The Peabody, I noticed a couple of beautiful pieces of jewelery in one of the lobby showcases. I decided to visit GIR JEWELERS and was delighted to see their exquisite collections. For my birthday, my husband bought me three beautiful bangle bracelets. This quaint shop is a must see!

Just came in to check my ring size for a wedding band. He simply helped me to try on a few options. Didn't try to sell me anything. Didn't cause an issue. Got my size and I went about my way. Very pleasant man who was more concerned with helping a customer than forcing a sale.

Wonderful experience !!! Best Jeweler in Memphis!!!! Today I purchased a new piece at my favorite jeweler!! It is a beautiful green malachite pendant on a silver wire. I just had the best experience at Gir Jewelers. I went in to browse and Srikant showed me such unusual pieces and was so helpful that I couldn’t leave without a gorgeous bracelet for myself and a wonderful graduation gift for my daughter. This place is AMAZING! Some of the most beautiful pieces I have come across in my travels, and I travel ALOT! I desperately wanted 6 pieces and ended up leaving with the most GORGEOUS blue topaz ring, that I have been in search of for about 2 years. Srikant is wonderful, kind, patient, and a fantastic business man. I cannot wait to add to my collection when I return. When in Memphis, I urge you to NOT miss a visit to Gir Jewelers! What a gem! :)

My mom and I recently made purchases of a ring and earrings from GIR Jewelers. We're thoroughly pleased with our goodies. ? We had been strolling through the Peabody Hotel after lunch, and the husband, of the Dynamic Duo, was there. He was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. He sold us jewelry we weren't expecting to buy, and since then we've met his wife who is equally as warm and friendly. They definitely make doing business with them pleasant.

I saw a necklace in the lobby display case while visiting the Peabody on Easter. Called Gir Jewelers the next day and purchased it. The owner was very nice and shipped it overnight. Beautiful necklace. Very happy with my purchase!
