I've been waiting almost a month for a simple appointment date for a heart doctor, already had 1 heart surgery and informed them i was not ok and needed a doctor, I've called EVERY DAY for 3 weeks and not a single return phone call. I'm wrong this so if I die waiting on incompetent doctor or staffing want everyone to know. Its absolutely sad you treat people like this

dr. Berry is a good FNP who cares about her patients and works hard to take care of them. Highly recommend her. The clinic, though, has problems. We shouldn't have to wait 4hrs to be seen or call frantically for days to get a prescription filled, its dirty and instruments don't work, etc.

I've got a doctor's appointment today, when i went to my appointment, i was told that i didn't have one. If I could post a picture of my appointment card I would love to. I'm having a chronic pain situation, swollen lymph nodes and other issues. Today was the first time I've went there and had a problem like this before. There's a new doctor in my regular doctor's spot and she seems uncaring about the patients that stuck with the facility. Bad handling of appointments and patients

This is the worst clinic that ivI' ever visited!!!! The doctor talk crazy to me he act like I'm there just for drugs. I'm in total pain and had two surgeries on my knee, I'm having total knee replacement in August and he will not give me anything for pain..I sat in the office listening to people talk about how he prescibe them pain meds and nothing s wrong with them, but I'm in serious pain and he won't give me meds.i figured that he has given out so much to the wrong people that now he's paranoid and can't give people that really need pain meds any...I'm never ever going back there...crazy people in the waiting area playing music loud and dancing.

Waited 4 hours before walking out. They dont call you by appointments even though you made one they call the old people first they think got more health issues than you.

The medical assistant do not know what there are doing at the front desk. Pt was in the waiting from for hours and then went they get called back to be seen pt still waiting for hours. I believe she need to upgrade to a team that’s not scared to work.

Every time I go I stay in the waiting area for about four hours after my appointment, I make early morning appointment to get out in time and I till he there all day, they need help and need some one to work with them. This don’t make any since, don’t make any plans on that day you go to the doctor cause you will be in until they close even with an early morning appointment, because after you go to the back you still wait another two before they come in your room. I was not trying to give them even one star but they want let you do it without put a star.

What's the point in making an appointment and being early but yet waiting up to an hour pass your scheduled appointment. The staff is awful as well
