Arrived at 5:49p only for the woman to yell with an attitude we closed and wave me away like I’m a pest of some sort. I absolutely hate establishments that don’t honor their closing time 6p is 6p not 5:49!!! After I get my clothes tomorrow they will never see another dime from me they not even worth the 1 star given very pissed off as I ride home ?

I paid for two shirts to be lightly starched. Both shirts were wrinkle and very unprofessional pressed. One star is too good for you.

My husband dropped off 2 expensive comforters I purchased at Macys. On one comforter the material was all torn. The other comforter the inside cushion was messed up. There was no sign in the establishment that stated they did not know how to clean comforter sets or they are not responsible for the results if turn out wrong. But yet they would not give me my money back for messing up my comforter. I will never patronize this dry cleaners again. Not even a apology was given. I have been in customerservice for over 19 years. This was bad customer service.

actually would give them 0 stars if it would let me. The woman working the counter got mad because I laid my tickets on the counter instead of giving them directly to her saying I treated her "Like a Dog". Which doesn't even make sense. She then proceeded to yell and curse at me ... followed me in a very threatening manner out the door, continuing to call me an f%&$ing b*!#@ and not to ever come back. I have NEVER been so rudely treated in my entire 57 years. And for the record, I laid them on the counter and didn't see her hand because I was looking for my WALLET to PAY --- and got so upset I didn't even realize she had OVERCHARGED me until I had left the store. I was actually frightened she would hurt me physically.

I've used this cleaners for several months because it's in our neighborhood and I like to support local businesses, so after Eastgate Cleaners destroyed one of my suits it was the natural next option. Both my wife and I are in the legal field so we spend a significant amount of money on dry cleaning. My wife left work tonight and scrambled to make it to the cleaners before their 6:30 closing time. She arrived at 6:20 to find the door locked. When she knocked the lady still inside at the counter made faces at her and laughed as she waved her away. Nice customer service lady. Guess we'll take our money on down the road to the next option.

I went into this establishment as a new customer the outside was shabby and the inside was shabby as well.The clothes on the front desk person were really dirty.She waited at least a minute to acknowledge me and had an attitude.I knew this place was no good when I first saw signs that say we are not respondsible for damage,cuts,etc .some things they should have been respondsible like damage.I was already thinking about leaving but when she had an attitude that blew me away.I advise you not to go
