THE SERVICE AT THIS STORE TERRIBLE TOOK MY CAR FOR ALGIMENT FOUR HOURS LATER THEY CALL AND SAY THEY CANT DO IT IT NEED NEW STROUTS AND THE STEERING KNUCKLE NEED TO BE REPLACE WANNA CHARGE 1500 NOW !! TOOK THE CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP THE NEXT THEY SAY EVERYTHING IS FINE WITH THE STROUTS BUT OF COURSE THE ALIGNMENT THERE IS HIGHER SO TOOK IT TO TAKE FIRESTONE THEY ALIGNMENT SERVICE SAID NO PARTS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED EITHER GATEWAY IN CORDOVA IS A SCAM!!!!!!

Was cutting through an unfamiliar parking lot on our way to Jerry's and a grassy median just jumped right out in front of me. Plastic cover under the car was hanging on for dear life, but still held by one screw. I'm so thankful that I was right down the street from this Gateway. When I pulled up, Kris, Zack, and Lawrence were so incredibly helpful. They immediately stopped to take a look for damage for me and removed the cover. They had everything checked out for me within 10 minutes of my arrival and saved me from the chest pains and high blood pressure I would have had on the long drive back home to Collierville wondering how badly I may have damaged the car. I highly recommended their fast and friendly service.

I recently had an issue with my tire losing air because I ran over a nail, and I went to Gateway for help. The service was outstanding! The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. They repaired my tire quickly and, to my surprise, didn't charge me anything for the service.
One thing that particularly impressed me was their attention to detail. I had a previous experience at another shop where the repair staff left my driver's seat very dirty, which I was very particular about. So, this time, I kindly requested that they keep my seat clean. To my delight, I noticed that they not only respected my request but also took the extra step to wipe down my seat, showing great care and consideration.
I was amazed by their generosity and professionalism. It's rare to find such customer-focused service these days. Thank you, Gateway for making my day a little brighter. I'll definitely be coming back for any future car needs and recommending you to my friends!

Took suv in for service. It’s refreshing to see an automotive shop with knowledgeable employees. Manager Joel and advisor Eric were some of best at explaining what was wrong with my vehicle and fixing it the first time. Thanks.

I was given a price of 59.00 for an alignment. When i picked up my vehicle they changed the price to 89.00. When asked why the price changed i was told it was due to my jeep having a modified suspension. My jeep has a stock quadralift suspension that I made sure to inform them about and it’s not modified in any way. In any case they do good work but make sure to check then double check and then check again or get a written estimate before service.

They have been taking care of my 10 year old Ford Escape since I moved here 4 years ago. They are honest, fast and very reasonably priced on all products and service. The crew here are so kind, pleasant and caring. I had gone in to get my tires replaced and they actually told me it wasn't time to do that yet and saved me money. Who else would have done that?!?
