Absolutely terrible experience. Guru was awful to deal with. He had a bad attitude and was on the phone the entire time while dealing with me and every customer. I was there for an hour and a half because he would not finish one thing without starting another. At one point there were 4 people “checking out” at once. I’ll not to another GameStop next time.

The manager, who told me he is also the manager at the Wolfchase mall location, was absolutely no help to us at all.They day after the purchase, we tried to return the Nintendo switch we bought but we were denied our request because we opened the box. Mind you, it’s still brand new, we simply opened the box looked inside and decided it’s not what we thought it was, and we wanted to return it. because we shopped at GameStop, we were left with no choice but to keep the item. The manager, whose name is Chris, referred me to customer service, and their customer service referred me back to the store after an hour of waiting. We spent over $400 with them and we felt that their sales practices were lacking and deceptive. The reason why we thought this, was because we were not told about the return policy for the item that we purchased. We were expected to have known it all by ourselves just because they have it on their website and because they include it in the small verbiage of the 18 inch long receipt. Absolutely no customer care or Service to be found. Classic GameStop screwing us over. I haven’t gamed in a long time, but this experience has made it to where I’ll never go back to GameStop again. Don’t shop at GameStop! get what you need at Walmart or Amazon instead, and let GameStop go the same way blockbuster and RadioShack went. into our memories.

The staff members are decent. However, I bought 3 used games. 2 worked fine, but the last one was all scratched up, had sharpie on it, and had a chip in it. I tried to download it into my Xbox console and it wouldn’t download. Be careful when buying games here, as you need to check them to make sure they aren’t damaged, that was my mistake.

Living a bit far out this GameStop is the closest to our location. I've never been disappointed with the service and this time was not an exception. Joshua (Josh) was outstanding in his service and completely understanding. He was patient and was willing to stay afterhours to solve the issue if needed. You don't see good customer service like this these days!

Chloe was working and she was really nice and I told her that I just wanted to pre order a game and then she started talking about a membership and she didn’t even ask if I wanted it she just added it on. I had to ask her to take it off because I realized the total was higher than it should have been. She also put a warranty on the game without even mentioning it. Be careful when you buy here and make sure you know what all your buying before you checkout because they might try to sneak extra stuff you didn’t ask for.

I can see that this place has high reviews, so maybe i just had to deal with one bad apple, but i was trying to pre order a game here and have it sent to another location since i will be away from home for work when the game comes out. The guy i spoke to kept on making excuses to why he doesn’t want to do that because it will hurt their stores numbers. If pre ordering a game at one store for another store is the only option when you can’t do it over the phone then there shouldn’t be a pushback when that was the option given to me.

I love Gamestop and the warrenties on consoles and controllers. Never an issue.
