I contacted the owner(which I was unaware that was his personal # posted) informing him that his machinery put a scratch on my vehicle. And wanted to discuss a civil resolution for this minor scratch. I just wanted him to atleast acknowledge he’ll run the camera back to check, but he rudely said “the sponges are foam they can’t scratch…”. Well of course not—but there is machinery/metal that moves in-front/towards your car while it washes it. He rudely was already in defense mode and may have pre assumed I was trying to get over on him. But I genuinely was hurt because of how he talked at me,I will no longer spend my money here at this business. It’s unfortunate because this was a decent car wash specially since it is extremely close to my home.Very nasty and unprofessional owner,in a beautiful area.

Was very surprised. Expected your average car wash results. I was truly amazed at the detail. This team went to providing an extremely clean car. Details included the metal insides of the doors, among other things that are not normally touched. I live in Murfreesboro and just happen to be in the area. The cost was what I paid for an unlimited month of car washes at home, but I have to do the inside and wipe everything down. Absolutely worth every penny.

When I arrived to the location I was turned away because appointments were required for detail packages. Under the different detail packages under the sign as well as the website it clearly states "appointments recommended." Clearly the verbage should be updated to reflect that appointments are required for services such as these.

I had a issue with the soft cloth wash and I had call the phone number on the machine to get help. I believe the owner is the person I spoke with and he told me he would send me a $10.00 gift certificate which he did but when I tried to use it on 8/19/2023 I only received a $1.25 credit. I wasn’t happy about that and I seriously doubt I will come back to this cash wash.

I bought Karl's Wonder Wash and it left me wondering... What did I PAY FOR??They barely touched the interior apart from vacuuming which they only did a decent job of. There were multiple coffee spots in the dash that they didn't even wipe down. Like AT ALL. They DID run an armor all rag over the spots after the wash so I guess that's... Good? The window ledges in the back and hatchback are still totally covered in dust. They didn't even wipe a dry rad over it. There is still quite a bit of tree gunk on the roof and hood. It's like the threw a cup of water at the car and called it a day. I understand that I didn't get the car "detailed" but I could have done a better job at a coin-op car wash BY MYSELF and it wouldn't have taken half as long. To add insult to injury I tipped when I paid (before I actually saw their "handiwork" so I actually THANKED them for a poor job. I won't be returning any time soon.

I looked around for a full car wash since I was from out of town for a place to get my car washed. I paid for $35 for interior and exterior and gave a very good tip. I was disappointed I did not expect such lack luster results. Will not recommend this place if your looking for good results for the money. The outside wash was ok that is why I have it 2 stars

I've taken my car to this place for years. After paying for the "Standard Full Service" at $28, I thought they'd do a better job. They didn't. As you can see, they didn't bother to open my trunk and vacuum the sand in there. The interior wasn't great either. Dirt and dust still visible. Granted, I know the workers are trying hard to move the cars through quickly. Maybe one gets better service from their detailing department? Looking at their website, it appears that maybe you have to ask them to open your trunk? Doesn't seem like the customer should point that out to them. Also, they never offered me any fragrance. Sadly, this place has gone downhill. I'll be looking for another business to clean my car.

Wtf! Ripped off! Do not come here if you want ur car simply WIPED rather than WASHED.I came in yesterday all the way from Madison to get my car washed because in the past they have done a great job. As I pulled in yesterday I asked for number 3 which was $17.99, and told to pulll up to any bay. As I pulled up, they all stare at me asking if I wanted my entire car vacuumed... uh yes? Thought that was included but I guess their policies have changed. So they make me walk back to the guy in the front to get the number 2 which is 34.99 or around $30. Whatever, so I get that, give them my slip and walk inside to pay. As I barley taking my card out, my car is already being announced ready? How is that possible when I'm paying for the entire inside cleaned + tire dressing, etc? I go to my car, my handles inside are still dirty, bird poop still on my hood, a leaf still stuck in my wipers. I was too baffled and in shock to complain there so I drove off.. RIPPED OFF COMPLETELY. I was nice the entire time saying please and thank you, I even tipped! I have no idea why! Please do not come here, I wish I could have gotten a refund or at least a better car was for $30+! Reading similar reviews from the past months that match with mine so I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Anyway, I'll be washing my own car moving forward. Place has gone down hill which is super sad.
