Frieda understood what I was looking for and took it upon herself to help me out. We looked for a few months talked about what needs and wants are practical and within the budget, after looking at a few houses I finally decided on the current house I’m in all thanks to Frieda Weeden. One word comes to mind when I attempt to describe Frieda Weeden and it is " extraordinaire ". Throughout the entire process from beginning to end she maintained some humor but kept it professional. Every detail that she portrayed proved to be precise and directly on point. Her knowledge of the realty procedure was immaculate. Her insight of what was needed to be done in preparation for the sale proved to be just what the doctor ordered, though sometimes it seemed extreme. Thanks Frieda !!!

Frieda is an expert in what she does. She was able to educate me on many things: what lenders would look at; to how the house buying process works, among several other things. She was very patient with me and helped me along the way through my home buying experience. She was always a phone call away, and she helped me purchase my first home. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
