VERY UNSATISFIED!!!!! Half a** body repair!! I want to spread the word of NOT using this shop and do not pay anything until you drive or have someone else check the work that you can trust also if you have to take it back make sure they did everything the needed to do for the second time is done

A nononsense, no frills shop. Best work far as I am concerned. Fixed my son Nissan in 2016. Fixing my truck next week. Honest. Reliable. Just as good as "big box repair shops". The estimator/manager Ms Ward is fantastic, with her fine self. Goodness.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I REPEAT! DO NOT!!!!! I am very displeased with the service Larry provided. First of all, I chose Freeman Enterprises because I believe in supporting "Black Businesses". I thought that I would give this company a try and a chance. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! I was initially told that my car would be finished in (6) days, but my car was kept for almost 3 weeks. When I spoke to Larry, he quoted me one price, but when I went to pick up my car he added several more hundred dollars to the quote. I am so disgusted and frustrated. I've been without my car for 3 weeks, getting to work the best way I can. (There is no bus route where my job is located and this man holding my car hostage that long has put m in a real bind) To add insult to injury, when I asked him about the price he quoted me both he and his secretary who quoted me the same price, lied to my face and told me that they did not quote me the lesser price. Integrity and your Word is everything. If you don't have either one of those you have nothing. Freeman Enterprises has put a bad taste in my mouth about supporting Black Businesses. My friend told me to take my car to ABRA and I am so sorry that I didn't. Their customer service is top notch and if they say that your car is going to be finished in (6) days, it will be finished in 6 day, no more; maybe less. At this point, I am steering clear of doing business with black business owners, unless it is an absolute must that I have to. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNTIL THEY LEARN WHAT EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS!!!!

I was recommended by several co-workers...Mr. Freeman is top notch...work on truck was done in a timely manner and very fair price...I will probably never go to another body shop as long as Freeman Enterprises is around...
