I'll change my review if the situation changes, but I have been trying to get in contact with someone from the clinic for WEEKS about a medication one of my doctors wanted to prescribe me, so I need to talk to at least the provider's nurse. Nobody has answered my phone calls, nobody has returned them, and there isn't even an option in the patient portal for me to send a message to my doctor. I even called the main number that is located downtown and talked to an employee who tried getting someone from the East Campus on the phone too, and never got through to anyone. This is infuriating. I loved one of the doctors I saw, but this is pathetic, not being able to reach a doctor's office albeit part of a huge clinic network...

My interactions with the Rheumatology Staff and Dr Raza are great. They are very respectful and helpful. Dr Raza, assured that I understood what is going on and the method he use to help me. It works!Thank y'all

If you have an appointment with this place, please ask for other options and dont come here. First of all I was told to arrive at 07:30 for a 08:00 appointment. I get here at 07:30 and the doors are locked because they dont open until 08:00.Then the receptionist informs me that my MRI was canceled due to being out of network. The MRI was scheduled a month ago & I even received a remindercall yesterday. I took off work & no one informed me the procedure was canceled.

I visited the urology clinic location downtown. Absolutely disgusting facility. I wanted to burn my clothes when I got home. There was a ROACH crawling on chairs in the waiting room. The floors were very dirty (see photo). I had to give a urine sample, and the bathroom was nasty. I had to wait FOUR HOURS to be called back, and I didn’t even get to see the doctor I set the appointment with. It took me SIX WEEKS to even get these people to schedule the appointment. They kept pushing me off to other people for weeks. No one wanted to help me set up an appointment. The doctor had no solution to my issue and seemed clueless. I visited in July. It’s now October, and no one has contacted me about my urine sample results. I vowed to never step foot in a Regional One facility again when I left my appointment. They sent me a message today saying I have an appointment next week with them. I never scheduled another appointment because of their filthy facility. Very unorganized. Regional One is a total joke.

Took my mom the woman health and everyone was kind and respectful. Facilities was clean and doctor was excellent.

I'm a new patient, lady called me two days before to verify my appointment and stated to be 15min-20 minutes early well I was actually 30 minutes early 12:15pm and it's 1:03pm and workers just now coming to the floor haven't asked me nothing. Already a red flag for me. Don't tell patients to arrive early and no one is available. My appointment is at 1:00pm and I still haven't been seen.

At first in the Trauma icu it was a mess I received a phone call my dad was in a car accident so I drove 4 hours to Memphis to see him and the security would not let me in they just took my phone number assuring me I would get a phone call I never did... all they could say is he is critical not stable...7 o'clock in the morning I called back and finally got ahold of an amazing nurse named Trinity who let me directly in to see my dad... The hospital itself has terrible communication but I will add that we had several amazing nurses during his 16 day stay the trauma icu nurses were by far amazing especially Annie... a few on the trauma stepdown were questionable...You could tell that they generally care about the patience in the ticu.. The physical therapy team was great as well we did have a few nurses who were not very attentive though and it's definitely a teaching hospital... After all I believe my dad was in good care but yes there are several things I would change in regards to the hospital and to their communication in general....

My first was on the 15th of February, with my new neurologist. I am extremely pleased and comfortable with my doctor and the staff in each department. Dr. Jesus Martinez, is taking great care with my health. I'm finally feeling a comfort in knowing that I am acknowledged as a person whose health and life matters. Not just another paycheck. He is taking every avenue to find out where my seizures are taking place and the appropriate treatment that's needed for my care. The nurse and the radiological staff taking great care of me. I don't feel afraid anymore with my concerns in regards to my overall neurological health. I have a lot more tests in the upcoming weeks, but I feel so much relief in knowing that I'm now getting the help I so desperately needed.

The building was clean and comfortable. The staff was very professional and nice. I didn't have to wait long to be seen by my Neurologist. He took great care of me and listened to my questions and concerns. He explained in detail what I wanted to know and how he would make my health a priority. Everyone in each office were extremely pleasant.

I am only giving it this because of the receptionists that are in the multi specialty clinic! Today was absolutely terrible. I got there at 7:30 for a blood draw and explained to them my doctor asked me to come in early and to have it done and I had somewhere to be at 8am. The older one with braids said with a attitude sign in! So I signed in at sat down. Time was passing and I was waiting while there were behind the counter gossiping, chatting and more. At 8:10 I asked them what was going on and I have been waiting and they both said oh the lab tech doesn’t come in until 8:30. That’s something that could have been said to me when I came in at 7:30 and was explaining what was going on. Instead they chose to gossip and brush me off while I was talking. It was very unprofessional and ridiculous and had they done their jobs when I got there it all could have been avoided. Customer service is just extremely down

Shame on those who chose to work in the Medical Field with rotten attitudes and down right mean spirits! What is their goal...To inflict as much pain on another human being as possible? Where is that "Good Old Southern Hospitality?"FYI: This is a general message for ALL involved in the Medical Field and not just Reginal One. WE the people must confront this "counter-productive" behavior from ALL of them! Memphis has the Good, the Bad and the Ugly in the Medical Profession. Problem is...There are just too many Bad and Ugly (behaviors) from doctors, nurses, techs, receptionist, etc. I pray every time I enter a door!
