I have returned to this cleaner on six different occasions for the same two items. My pick up ticket stated pick up in two days. Ten days later, picking up one item it is discolored, I per-paid for the service because it was an alteration. Once I brought it to the clerk attention is was its will wash off and it is up to manager for refund, come back tomorrow ( which is Sunday - when there no business hours). So I ask for my second item completed or not to be on site. The clerk complies, but act as though it is complete. The item it not complete so I ask for miss button back that has not been placed on item, and my refund for the service since it wasn't completed. And I am refunded 2 dollars back, and they don't have a my button. "It should be on the item". Don't go , un-relible and not responsible with service offered.
