Shop here frequently. Spend $10,000+ on floor and year. Unfortunately had a terrible experience today. Had seen a clearance pallet of engineered wood floor I could use. Was just the right amount for my small job. As the pallet was small and had open box I asked Zoey, who was wonderful by the way, if they could give me an additional discount to take it all on the spot. She came back with a discount number, I agreed. Upon ringing it up along with the total $2000 of materials I was buying the discount shown didn't match what was said. Not only that but the cadhiers were having an open argument in front of me about not being communicated to that the material was on hold. Unprofessional. Manager came over to do the adjustment, it still didn't add up from what I was told. I questioned it and he copped an attitude. Once I finally understood how he was applying the discount it made sense. Then while I was discussing with my partner if we still wanted it and as I said yes, he raised the price. Unprofessional and bad attitude. Due to that I left the entire $2000 order. I know they don't care, but economically that was a poor move on the stores behalf. Their right to do it, economically poor choice in my opinion, did not feel taken care of or welcomed. Normally not the experience I have there, but very soured at the moment. I may or may not shop there again. There are plenty of other options in Memphis. I do hope Zoey isn't punished, she is the only one I see as having tried to assist me and in a professional way.

Today was my first time in the store and ofcourse if you haven't been there it can seem daunting. My man Fred got me right on track. I showed him what I needed and he knew immediately where it was. I was grateful for his assistance and his help loading. 10/10 customer service.

We chose some of our tile from Floor&Decor. They were excellent with their recommendations, their how to guidance, and their returns in the extra. It was a great experience. We got some tile from other places and some supplies from other places but would definitely recommend F&D as a great option!

My Husband and I were at Floor & Decor yesterday. We received the best Customer Care ever. We were at Floor & Decor at 5234 Summer Ave, Memphis TN. Frederick was very courteous, intelligent and helpful with our home project. Frederick is the perfect example of Great Customer Service. He was all over the Store constantly helping others with their projects also. My husband (Freddie) and I left the store very impressed with the with the Customer Care we received.

We had some of the best assistants in dealing with selecting things for remodeling our kitchen that I've ever experienced! We had the full attention of the lady who assisted us and she gave a lot of wise advice! We were becoming troubled because we couldn't match some tile anywhere, but she showed us many options of how to deal with our trouble spot that we're actually going to be great! Very kind and not pushy. Their selection there is immense. Wish we had known of them sooner!
