Extremely poor customer service and seemingly racist business owners. In my experience, they have never greeted a customer. They stare you down until you reach the counter looking like they’re assuming you’re coming to steal and not transact business. I feel as though they should move their business elsewhere if they cannot stand the site of the primary black demographic of the East Memphis area.
