I joined Fit Firm Feminine as part of a 4 week challenge to lose 10lbs - and I did just that! It hasn't been easy, but it has been surprisingly fun. I followed a low-carb diet and worked out 3 nights a week for 4 weeks. I've enjoyed it so much that I just signed up for an 18 month membership! The staff is extremely supportive. They work with you closely to make sure your form is correct and that you're working your hardest, but doing it safely. The other members are so kind and supportive, too. It's like a big family. The workout circuits change monthly so it doesn't get stale - and each exercise has different levels so you can keep challenging yourself. I was so nervous to join but I'm so glad I did. You won't regret checking this place out!

Have been a member for over 6 months. Live downtown and driving to East Memphis 4 days a week! Very happy with the results. It's a great experience to work out with all fitness levels and seeing everyone working out safely and with confidence. Have felt welcome in the group since day one.

I have been a member with Dexter for roughly three years, and have had a great experience. Fitting workouts into my schedule has always been tough for me, so the option to attend sessions at various times throughout the morning and evening was really helpful for ensuring there was always an option for me. Knowing that when I missed a session, the women in my class AND my trainer would notice and help hold me accountable was great for motivating me to show up! The trainers work really hard to individualize each workout and meet all their clients where they are to improve. I really appreciate the holistic focus in training (mobility, cardio, weight training, nutrition, etc.) that is provided. Everyone at Fit.Firm.Feminine really focuses on you as a whole person and helps you make long-lasting adjustments to your lifestyle. I highly recommend this- worth the investment!

This place has changed my life. Not only has it given me a wonderful workout... It's given me new friends, a support team, a nutrition plan, answers to my many questions about nutrition, and so much more. If you are considering joining a gym... This is the absolute way to do it. Hands down the best model for a workout regime I have ever experienced.

I have been going to Fitness Revolution for over a year and the results have been amazing. The workouts are way more fun than I expected, and yet they are challenging (and effective!). The nutritional guidelines really helped me lose fat (40 pounds so far) too. The people are wonderful - Dexter is excellent at what he does. He comes up with great workouts, helps make sure we have correct form, and gets to know each and every one of us individually. The other members make it a lot of fun too.

I didn't really know what to expect. I joined the 20 in 6 challenge figuring we would meet 3 times a week to workout and get the typical ‘eat this not that' spiel. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised to find out it was so much more! We get fitness and nutrition training. We get advice on form and technique specific to our capabilities EACH session and suggestions for healthy eating not dieting. The Facebook, email and text support from the staff and other clients is phenomenal. And, I think the thing that impresses me most is Dexter. He may not remember your specific physical aptitudes but he knows you by face and name and asks about you when you aren't there. All this has contributed to my 9.5 lb weight loss in less than 3 weeks.

I am not going to lie, the thought of trying this place was intimidating to me. I finally talked my friend into trying a class with me. I am so glad we stepped out of our comfort zone and signed up. Everyone has been so encouraging. The workouts are personalized to your abilities so it doesn't seem impossible. They are definitely challenging but so worth it when you see the great results. If you are looking for encouragement and accountability, this is your place.

I have been working out with Dexter and team for three years. And after three years, I still look forward to my workouts! It is never monotonous - they always mix it up and keep it creative and fun. They have created an environment that has lots of camaraderie and support. They provide great information and encouragement, and sincerely have a desire to see everyone improve. Highly recommended!
