Not the bank for small business or individuals. Quite possibly the worst bank I have ever worked with. You will be required to put max effort in to get the most basic of banking needs met. We had multiple business accounts with them. We banked with them daily. Once they made an error with a deposit, and would not fix it, even with proof their teller had made a mistake. I had a question about a transaction, and they only told me that I had to come in the branch to research it. We ran a million dollars a year plus through this bank, and when we switched and pulled out of FH, they never even said "hey is something wrong"? Remember that we were in their bank daily. If we needed anything, their standard response is "come into the branch and talk to us about it". Even closing an account, this is what I was told. I had to press them by asking "So how would I close this account if I lived out of state?" The person on the phone was stumped. No, I don't live out of state, but I don't want to drive 15 minutes each way and wait in the lobby to close an account that has not been used in a year. The person relented and put me in contact with their customer service, who was helpful and got it done. But if you want anything, you'll have to fight for it. Conversely, where I bank now (see my other glowing reviews of the best bank in Memphis) my experiences are entirely different. If there's anything I need, the personal banker takes care of it for me. They respond immediately. If there's an issue across any of our business accounts, a personal rep calls me, not the other way around. FH on the other hand has their book of ultra wealthy big business and individuals, and tells the rest of us that aren't their wealth management clients to go fly a kite. Which is fine as it is their prerogative, but don't expect anything helpful from them, and more importantly expect to consistently advocate on your own behalf for any level of service. They won't offer it, and you will be required to put max effort in to get the most basic of banking needs met. Goodbye First Horizon.Memphis' most business unfriendly bank.

Deposited money into atm and the machine stoped working and cancelled my transaction and they didn’t ever fix it or give me my money back.Absolutely ridiculous horrible customer service and theft.

This is the slowest branch in town! Do not go here on a Friday afternoon unless you have an additional 45 minutes to wait in line. I've been with First Tennessee for over twenty years this was absolutely the worst banking experience I've ever witnessed. The drive thru line was so long it caused a wreck on Poplar Ave. Get your act together First Tennessee!

Courteous service ... and quick drive-thru. However ... it is hard to re-enter traffic heading north onto Perkins.

Went up there to cash my check and the deposit the money, which I do every two weeks at that First Tennessee location and others. This time they said they weren't allowed to do that but they've been doing it for me since I've worked in East Memphis for almost 2 years now. I will never go back to that location because the supervisor was very rude. Possibly thinking about switching banks in general.

This location is typically less crowded than the one on Mendenhall.
