My visit at Firestone was great, and the process of getting checked in was perfectly done. The tires I needed for my vehicle were at another store, and Mr. Stovall went to pick them up immediately. Since it was so late when I came in that day, I had to wait for everything to be finished. I was called immediately after the car was finished to pick it up the next morning. I really appreciate Rick Stovall, Service Manager for his professionalism and expertise. I just wish the price was a little cheaper. I am now a new customer and referral source for Firestone.

First of all I was checked in and told them I was waiting for the tire to be fixed. After a couple of hours I was approached by the person at the counter and she asked me have you been helped. I said yes but I've been waiting for a couple of hours. The person that checked me in did not put on the paperwork that I was waiting for my car. After that I was told that the set of tires that I bought a couple of months ago was discontinued so now I have 1 different tire than the other 3. I've been coming to Firestone many years and spent thousands of dollars and never experienced a bad one until now. You got managers that talk bad about their employees and also noticed that a customer was on the phone with the manager and the manager got irritated with the customer and just hang up on her after she called 3 times complaining about the service she just went through. Very unprofessional staff you now have working for you.

Very short handed on the employee side. Wait time ⌚ is shameful. Customer service is good, but no complimentary refreshments like other locations.

Never take your vehicle here!!!! EVER!! They not only took 3 weeks to not even get the job done, they lost my parts that I hand delivered 2 weeks earlier and instead of calling and letting me know, they played the blame game!! Corporate will be receiving a call from me in the next 30 minutes if this hasn't been rectified!!!!

So this isn’t the first time I come to this location, every time there was something and I was understanding. but this time was different. Took an appointment online, received the confirmation in the email, got to this location on my appointment day and find out that they didn’t confirm it! Store wasn’t busy at that time, employee didn’t even try to make things right. Asked how long it would take, she just nodded her head like she didn’t know! Bad bad customer service!

Customer service at this location is terrible, staff are very slow full and rude. It took over three hours for an oil change became very frustrated with this environment all together.Service: Oil change

Lori assured me they had my tires and I that I can come in and be seen same-day. Mind you Im getting new tires because my current ones are unsafe. So Lori had me drive 20min to tell me “i expected you to be here over an hour ago” Im unsure how this would have been possible without teleportation. I left and went else where. The customer service was dismal and Im fine waiting for my tires, but dont lie to customers. Thats unsafe and unprofessional. I will not be visiting Loris Firestone again.

They replaced the rotors on the front, and back, car still making noise when I get on brakes. Not sure what the problem is, but the manager did agree to look at the car again.

I got an oil change from this location and when I turned my car on the next day the oil light was on. I checked it myself and it looked like there was almost no oil in the engine. So I’m pretty sure they drained the oil but didn’t put any in it.I went back that morning to have them put oil in it, which they did. It did take them about 20 minutes to get around to it.Not super impressed. Easily could have cause catastrophic failure to my car.

Walked in to get air put in my tire and was told I had to do it myself. Putting air in a tire only takes 5 minutes!!! Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Will not be using another Firestone for anything. Called corporate the lady I talked to didn’t care either.

First of all if you planning to go to this location put in your mind that will take up to 2 hrs at least more than wt they told you they will takeIf they telling you give us 3 hrs means they will take 5 hrs at least and Thats wt happened to me and it’s not the first time to happenAnd always their excuse that I been hearing is ( we don’t have enough mechanics)Also the unprofessionalismLike the lady 40s yrs old on the desk so mean and will get attitude if you try to figure out Wts going on with you car and why they take longer than wt they told youSo go any location in the city but not the one on centennial drWasted of timeUnprofessionalismLast time for me to go to that placeAnd Im sad to say that bc this location suppose to be the bestService: Tires

I’ve tried to schedule three appointments with this location in the past month for a simple oil change. The couple times I could actually get someone on the phone and scheduled an appointment I thought everything was ok, until the day of the appointment. With my most recent attempt I got an email saying that my appointment was canceled because there were no open availabilities even tho I scheduled my appointment a week in advance. The other times I didn’t even get that. I drove all the way down there just to be told I had no appointment and that I would have to wait three hours. I was told that appointments weren’t set in stone and that they could change them when they pleased. I don’t know if this was all because I’m a woman or if they value other customers over simple things, like oil changes. I never leave reviews but my experiences have been nothing but terrible with Firestone.Service: Oil change
