While moving cross-country on November 5th, 2024 we ended up with a flat tire on my vehicle one morning which was sure to put us hours behind schedule on an already difficult trip. This Firestone handled the flat tire with professionalism and courtesy that I couldn't have expected even on a slow day. They were working short-staffed and went out of their way to accommodate us and get us on their way. Absolutely cannot express my gratitude for the crew that day and will be following up with a call to the store manager to let him know how wonderfully the team that day treated us. If I could give 6/5 stars I would.

Very professional! Was greeted right when i walked in there. Went for an alignment. Dropped off my car at about 8:30. My car was ready at 11. Couldn’t be happier!

I had my oil changed here on Sunday 10/15/23 @2PM, and Brandon is just always so honest and personalble. Everything went smooth, and he gave me no hassle about my store credit.Firestone couldn't have asked for a better employee. Brandon Chaultz!

Everyone at this place treated me good and got me in right away and out with in an hour. The one who did my alignment and tires was very good and im very picky on who wrks on my vehicles cause i worked on them for over 20 yrs and they did a damn good job. Thank you

Firestone (and their bank CFNA) really missed the mark on this one... I went in for new tires about six weeks ago. They were offering a discount and 0% interest for getting a CFNA Firestone credit card (I'd had one many years ago but it closed due to lack of use). I thought "why not" and signed up. Now they have never changed my address in their system from when I lived in Bloomington, IN (2008-2011). I have asked them to on about three to four occasions over the years. This was always when they were super busy and once the employee basically refused and twice they wrote my information down to apparently change it when they weren't so busy. It never really caused too many problems so I just kind of let it slide after these repeated attempts. Fast forward to 2023. When trying to do the quick, easy credit card application of course they hit a snag with the incorrect address and we had to call in for me to correct the info and complete the application. Over the phone I made sure to confirm with the employee to change my address so I would receive the card and paperwork at my correct address. Fast forward three weeks and I realized they had indeed not done that. Easy enough fix right? I call into CFNA's customer service and proceed to have the most awkward, displeasing customer service experience of my life. She was silent for ginormous periods of time, and just seemed disinterested in doing anything I asked. I attempted to make a payment over the phone using my bank account, while also changing my address and ordering a card to be sent to me. After what seemed like a lifetime she confirms everything, gives me a confirmation number and sends me on my way. Of course she barely did anything right. The charge never comes out, I never receive the card in the mail. BUT she did get my address changed. The only correspondence I have received so far is a letter letting me know that my payment was declined, and a statement with the next payment (including a late fee of course). The craziest part though.... they never sent my card or any correspondence with my full account number so that I can set up my online account. I'm left with no access to my account and a $29 extra charge to pay. I believe I will just pay the card off and never use either of these companies again. Does anyone in their right mind think I should have to pay this $29 charge?Also, Now that I have "missed" a payment, my next payment is due August 13th. I just gave up and mailed a check for the full amount owed (minus the borderline fraudulent $29 charge).... BUT they want my account number on the memo line of the check. I still don't have a full account number so I seriously doubt they will accept payment so that they can hit me with another charge. Also, they are calling me twice a day like I'm some sort of common criminal. But it's not a person calling me. It's an automated message that only tells me a number to call. I'm guessing I'll call that number and get ahold of another employee who will again only do 2/3 of what I ask them to do. If anyone with a pulse is reading this, I have sent payment in full for the original amount charged (minus that $29 fee) and do not expect to have to pay that charge.

24 hours ago I was ready to rate this store and Firestone with a one star. that has now changed and I am giving them five stars. My problem began when I called multiple Firestones and decided to go with this one based off of personal experience My dad had with one of the employees, James. upon calling them, ordering everything that I wanted to do to my car and confirming my appointment, I was assured everything would go smoothly. 24 hours before my appointment, when calling to confirm everything, I learned of an issue with Firestone. they could no longer provide me with the product that I had originally ordered and one that was being sold on their website. I was instead given the second best option which to me was an inferior product to the one that I had originally ordered and didn't give me the benefits and warranties that I would have had originally. this left me feeling so uneasy and like I had been given the bait and switch I called corporate to lodge a formal complaint against Firestone. While dealing with that and with forced to try to find last minute accommodations to get myself set up for my trip I called the store to cancel my appointment all together. He was not aware of the complaint I was filing with corporate. I spoke to Brian on the phone and he took the time to ask me exactly what the issue was and why I was canceling my appointment. upon telling him how I truly felt about the entire situation that had happened he chose to go above and beyond and make it right for me. with a little time involved he called me back offered me another option. This time offering my everything I wanted without costing me hundreds of extra dollars. I spent over $1,000 at this location yesterday and I can tell you it was worth every single penny. these guys listen to me, helped me solve a problem that they in all honesty did not have to help me with. they could have just let me walk out the door and figure it out on my own but they put the customer first and for that, I have to give them a five stars. They did all of this not knowing what I was about to do. they did all of the work on my car in just a few hours and it was a very simple process of dropping it off and picking it back up. My car now feels and rides like a brand new car. I loved the service!! I loved the product that I was given!!! because of Brian, Brandon, James and maybe another guy at this store I am still a Firestone customer and will remain their customer from here on out. thank you guys, I appreciate you so much!! Nowadays you hardly ever see this type of customer satisfaction. It would have been so easy to cancel my appointment and forget it ever happened but with a little teamwork they pulled it together and made sure that I remained a happy customer. If you ever feel like getting top-notch service please visit this store.

Amazing and honest crew. Was able to be in on a Sunday of a holiday weekend moving cross-country and get me a fix for the rest of trip. Even got me in before my Apt time and treated my dog well. Highly recommend this location and staff!

Arrived at about 12 noon and the older black guy was tending to a customer and told me to have a seat and he would be right with me. So I sat down and waited while he took care of the cute young black lady. Another very attractive black lady come in and he tell her he will be right with her. He finishes with first customer and starts taking care of the customer that arrived after me. I'm staring right at him not trying to make a big deal out of it and he glances at me every couple minutes so I know that he know I'm still there. After he puts here info in the computer, he walks here out side and a couple minutes later walks in with a white couple and from what they are telling him I could tell they were also new customers. Like hello if he don't want latino business he could say so. I could take my business some where else and don't waste my time.

Took vehicle for brake change. Firestone tried to push all rotors had to be replaced ordered by corporate. Just changed the rear rotors and all break pads. Got the vehicle back and had to press the break peddle further than normal to engage the breaks. Management advised they found nothing wrong with their work and breaks were fine. Got the vehicle home with smoke coming from under the hood to discover the tech added to much break fluid. We corrected the fluid issue and break peddle play returned to normal. Will not ever return back to the Brunswick location after employees wanted to argue there was no issue when infact there was.

The crew is really nice here. They helped me out of a bind and be prepared for my road trip. I will drive past my local firestone to go to this location in the future.

I came from a different firestone location (10001 us64) where they said they couldn't adjust a camber bolt in that subframe which were all new parts I replaced and told me that the steering wheel is at least straight, but it wasn't. Called this location (bruinswick) and explained to the service manager what had happen there and he told me to bring my car in and see what they could do with already acknowledging me that they should be able to adjust it. I didn't need the car until late this evening or even didn't mind picking it up the next day, but they called me back lesser than 2 hrs and said it's ready for pick-up. I just want my steering wheel straight and more aligned than what the other firestone location could only do. I'm highly satisfied what this shop was able to do. Kept it straightforward with me and resolved my alignment issue unlike the other location. Already recommended this location to friends.Edit: Having to go back for the 2nd time for alignment issue is already tiring especially, when I'm trying to use this car to go out of town. First alignment was from the 10001 us64 location. Was still polite with them even when they didn't return my phone call about my concern. Then I went to the bruinswick location. Alignment was good for about a week and I didn't drive this car every day. The past few days. The car went a bit out of alignment again, but not as bad as before. They did got the steering wheel straight and was able to adjust toe unlike the other location said they couldn't, but now when I looked underneath my car, one lateral arm with both nuts loosen on both ends as you can see in the pic. Appears that it wasn't securely tighten like the rest. And, my trip is in 2 days..

The older black man lack customer service skills…I just wanted air. I told him I wasn’t sure which tire so could he check them all? He told me, “ I would rather not. Your car doesn’t tell you?” Rude much.Once he finished he stared at me as he closed the service door without a word which is how i knew he was finished. Please retrain him. Smh.
