From the second that we walked in the young man at the front was very respectful and made sure I understood everything. Great sense of humor. I was told to come there by a co worker and will make sure I recommend you guys.

Service was great. Larry (the lobster) was very nice and helpful even though his day started off difficult. I appreciate the kindness and playful gestures used to help me through my car challenges. Keep up the good work and thanks soooo much.

I had an appointment for 11 a.m came in for a wheel alignment and oil change I wasn't told until 3ish that I needed a lateral then 30 minutes or so that my hub was stripped, I asked which one was more important they said hub when I left my car was knocking so bad I called back I was informed once the lateral get replaced I wouldn't hear the noise. Of course I am frustrated by now because I'm being taken advantage of due to me being a woman. Yesterday I stopped by to ask do they check the tires your representative stated yes they do the problem I have is that I replaced the tire that they told me that I needed to change but didn't tell me that the other rear tire had another size of rim and tire which was a 16 and my other tires is 18's the correct size. The only thing your representative said was yes we check the tires but we just missed yours there wasn't any apologies or I will speak with guys nothing comforting. I'll be filing a report with BBB since the characters is limited here.

Workers are dishonest. They told me they changed the bulb but it doesn’t work due to a mechanical issue but once I traveled back to my hometown my dad was able to fix it by just changing the bulb. It’s ok to be behind or busy but lying is ridiculous. I doubt they even gave me an oil change. They try to get over on young girls!

These folks were kind enough to take a look at my problem and even though they weren't able to do anything for me they were gracious enough to air up my tire and send me down the road. I would recommend them

Between this sho and the Madison shop they damaged my struts and shocks. They were fine in Florida. Drove perfectly. Then all of a sudden I come to Memphis and they’re not? Additionally if they were that bad they would have told me in Florida prior to selling me a lifetime warranty on wheel alignment. The Madison location put an inexperienced technician on my car and had me driving it way out of spec which causes damages. It’s also unsafe for wheel alignment to be that poorly out of spec which she caused. Do I didn’t trust them. I brought it here and the agent who checked me in was nice and professional. They partially corrected the alignment because it’s driving better in the front but their back is still way off. Then this location gives me trumped up charges saying I need shock and struts but it isn’t a safety issue. This is ridiculous. I believe they did this and use an excuse to cover themselves. I have lost complete trust and respect in the Firestone brand. I will never ever come again if I can help it.Service: Wheel alignment

Poor service before I only tried them again because I knew exactly what I needed - 2 tires specific brand size and tire rotation so the 2 new tires are on rear (managet doing me the favor said that was industry standard) appt made. Show up for appt and they have no knowledge of appt or my need. Say they will do it as a favor. Come back to pick up the car the 2 new tires are on the front. Manager says 5 minutes we will fox the tech is new in training I ask for a senior tech and this car is for my son to drive to college - I don't want a tech that doesn't know industry standards manager then says tech has 24 years experience - then why put the tires on the front?? Then manager says I'm rude and disrespectful, but customers near me walk by and say I'm not, I'm polite and to hold my ground. I quietly stand there for 30 minutes (the 5 he said it would take to swap tires). Then he sends me out. My experience plain and simple

Don’t bother scheduling an appointment online, they won’t honor it. Booked an appointment for 7am showed up early and was told they already had other appointments booked. Claimed they called me this morning to tell me but they didn’t. Woman seemed to care less about the inconvenience. Find a more professional shop. Would rate zero stars if I could.Services: Tires

When I can't afford going to the dealership for my car problems Firestone is my next choice. They find the problem. The prices can be high sometimes but better than the dealership. They offer me to apply for a credit card if you don't have the money. I can make payments. The interest rate is not bad either. Customer Service is great. I have recommended my friends and family. I like it.

Gotta give the customer service a zero. The guy argues that hertz did not make an appointment and wouldn’t approve a simple tire patch. Then proceeds to say it will take 5 days to repair the tire. Would not recommend using them again.Service: Tires
