Started out at footlocker looking for on clouds and the staff was incredibly useless and I walked out and saw this shoe store downstairs that id never heard of. They directed me where to go, I gave someone my size, tried it on and bought it within 5 minutes. There was a reason this store was busy and footlocker wasnt

12/27 Went to make a return. Sales associate ask for my email. I kindly declined. Manager told me, they couldn’t refund my purchase with my email. I declined again. Then was told I could leave. At that point I was livid. I don’t want to give my email now I have to leave the store. Then stage manager tried to fight me called me out me name using nothing but profanity towards me. After spending several hundreds of dollars for Christmas gifts. Team members holding her back. Out of no where another team member told me she was going to walk me out. I told her, she need to stay in her place. She responds, I’m a minor. All while another team member stands there and does nothing. Customer service was terrible, I’ve never had an assistant try an fight me because I didn’t want to give my email address. Did my return at Oak Court Mall with out a problem. It’s sad that people can treat you with such disrespect, but get mad when you give the same energy back.

This store is filled with liars and crooks. I went in today to make a purchase and the cashier told me that since I was buying a release date shoe, that I had to either donate to the finish line youth donation or I had to buy a shoe cleaning kit. She said if I didnt then I couldn't buy the shoes for my son. I bought it and immediately went outside to call corporate to inquire about why they are forcing consumers to spend money on their charity. Corporate told me they they have no such policy and that the store probably told that lie because they had some sort of contest going on. So I went all the way back to the store and told the unhelpful manager about what happened and told her I wanted my money back. She then goes to issue me a refund and I leave. I check my account and she actually charged me an additional $5.00 instead of refunding me. So I called the store and she admits to her mistake unapologetically and says they I have to come back up there to get both the $5.00 and the actual refund she originally owed me. Her me is shaley Alexander. I dont know the other employees name who lied about the donation policy but her cashier number is 0395778. The store number is 276. I am very upset at being told that I cannot shop at finish line if I do not donate to their charities. Times are hard enough as it is and I was only trying to purchase shoes for my son. I may have to seek legal advice because I know for a fact this is not how consumers should be treated. With all the snatch and run situations going on you actually have a customer like me trying to spend my hard earned money with this company and they are trying to get over.

Purchased order online for pick up in store .I drove an hour away to pick up item. I get there for them to tell me they sold my item !!They didn't try to accommodate me in any sort or way. They just gave me my money back . No email ,phone call or anything . Poor customer service . Will not be returning to this location .
