Apartment is quiet and have a nice community but management is terrible. When you ask for a service or repair it takes 2 weeks to get it done. Gates are always not functioning well. There was a time my car got scratched by the boom barrier as we passed by because it was malfunctioning and management didn't shoulder the expenses of the repair.

The folks in the leasing office were great. A special shout-out to the property manager Alexis, she is very nice and worked with me. My needs were attended to effortlessly. Thank you fieldstone! I genuinely love being here. I've been here for years

If you want to live in a nice apartment, these are the place to be. I’ve came in on 2 different occasions and Kelsey has given outstanding customer service. She gives many details and seems to be very knowledgeable about the complex! Every question I ask, she’s right at it with the answer. Go see Fieldstone and GO SEE KELSEY!

Overall experience for the past year has been awesome. Especially for it being my first apartment solo. Kelsey W. has made my being here smooth sailing. She’s been very attentive & caring when it comes to my questions and/or concerns.

I recently moved here in April and this has not been a good rental experience. I’ve had a bug problem since I’ve moved in, that I have reached out about several times. I come home and see roaches in my apartment, sometimes more than one at a time. Every time I contact the apartment about this , I’m told that they will add me to the list for my apartment to be treated. I even tried to get in contact with a property manager, but was told it is by appointment only and was not allowed to make an appointment. I keep my apartment clean so bugs, especially roaches, should not be an issue.
Every time I make a maintenance request, while the maintenance workers do come in a very timely manner, they constantly leave my apartment dirty. I come home and my floors are covered in dirt and grass. I had service done in my bathroom twice and each time, they didn’t have the courtesy to move the bath mats out of their way and instead got dirt, grass, and whatever other debris in them that was extremely hard to get out. They leave my lights on and have even adjusted my thermostat without my permission.
The gates here are TERRIBLE. The gate near my apartment is constantly going out and is currently out, going on almost 2 weeks, which is incredibly inconvenient for residents living on that side of the complex. They are constantly out of order and residents are expected to basically figure out to which gate to use and how to navigate through this very large complex. The gate cards are even worse. My first gate card stopped working, and I had to call myself at the guest gate to let myself in to my apartment. When I reached out about it, I was told they would reset the card. Just for me to get to the gate and the card still not work. After several “reset attempts”, I finally had to go into the leasing office to get a new card on July 1st.
Last night I was stuck outside of the gates because my 2nd issued card wasn’t working. I had to park at the leasing office and WALK to my apartment alone at almost 11 at night. I came to the leasing office today ON MY LUNCH BREAK to get a new card just to find out that it wasn’t the card, it was that the 2 gates closest to my apartment close at 10pm every night. I also requested a clicker so that I would have 2 means of entry to the gates since the cards have not been very reliable for me, but was told I would have to pay $55 for one, despite me having been constantly inconvenienced by these faulty gate cards since I’ve moved in. I wish I would have gotten the white man’s name I spoke to because he was extremely dismissive and unhelpful.
I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

My experience with the maintenance services here has been deeply disappointing. For months, my apartment has been overrun with ants, affecting every part of my living space, including the kitchen, bathroom, and my food and clothing. Despite multiple requests for weekly pest control services, no one has come to address the issue. The ants have only worsened, creating an unsanitary environment and significant stress.
When pest control was finally provided, it was handled poorly. The technician sprayed without removing food items from the kitchen, disregarding basic safety practices. My attempts to remove the food were ignored, leading to wasted food, time, and added stress. This lack of attention to proper procedure and customer care has exacerbated the problem rather than resolving it.
The overall maintenance service here has been inadequate, with a clear need for improvement in both response times and quality of service. This experience has severely impacted my living conditions and raises serious concerns about the management's commitment to resident well-being.

I've been living at Fieldstone Apartments for over two years. Initially, it was a pleasant experience, but in the past few months, we've encountered several persistent issues.
Firstly, we have had problems with the light switches in our bathroom, and the toilet continuously runs after flushing. Despite raising multiple complaints, the maintenance team has closed tickets without fully resolving the issues. It's been over three months, and I have personally visited the leasing office around ten times to report these problems, yet no action has been taken.
Additionally, the kitchen cabinets were installed incorrectly from the start. Despite notifying the management repeatedly over the past two years, they have not replaced them.
Overall, the lack of responsiveness and inadequate maintenance have been very frustrating and disappointing.

When I first entered the office of the complex, I felt WELCOMED! TK Martin introduced herself and from that point forward we connected. From the time I selected the apartment I wanted, to the time I moved in, I have enjoyed my experience so far. The communication has been excellent and on point. Anytime I had any question or concerns with anything, she was very prompt. She was always professional and never acted like she didn’t care to help and that’s what I like about her. Please come see TK Martin for your next apartment, you will be pleased from the time you entered the office, to the time you move in, to the time you may need some help, LOL! This is my first apartment and I feel safe in the community due to the gates and security.

Worst apartments in terms of maintenance. Maintenance people will not respond on time. You will have to wait at least 24 hours for maintenance guy, even though that is an emergency.
