I needed a moneypass atm, and thankfully this atm is a moneypass atm. It will allow you to withdraw cash without any fees for a jackson hewitt american express serve card. Super helpful.

Long line and broke atm. They do not let anybody come in because of the pandemic. They are a bunch of females acting like they gonna get sick behind that thick glass

You would think with the Pandemic going on and the banks being closed, that at least the ATM would be in working order. I cant believe I dont see more reviews about that ATM machine being down, going through updates, or simply just not working. Knowing that there are only a few here in Memphis, where the FedEx Logistics corporate office is located, they would consider getting a more updated machine, or ensure that it is in proper working order. Expecting to drive up, complete transaction, and drive up in a timely manner, is not much, but you have to cross your fingers, HOPING it will work, and you wont have to go elsewhere and pay a fee to use another bank or drive all the way down to Trinity and use that machine! UUGGHH!

Customer service wasn’t the greatest. My wife went up there to deposit money that we rolled up in coin paper for their convenience then was told that they don’t take rolled coins. The clerk stated it had to be in a jar or she won’t be able to take it. Afterwards, we left to unroll the coins like she asked and put them in a coin jar and went back up there again only to be told by the security guard that their coin machine was broken after he spotted me with the jar and spoke to one of the clerks about it. I proceeded to talk to the clerk and she stated she just called someone to come fix it. I was then directed to go to the other location which was 30min away just to deposit my money. Honestly, I think they wasn’t telling the truth and used that as an excuse to not count out the money I had.

Customer service at this location is v e r y slow. The credit union as a whole has no loyalty to long time customers I will change to another bank soon.
