On my way to a branch tomorrow, but of all the financial institutions I've dealt with over the years, FedEx Credit Union is the ABSOLUTE WORST. They have NO customer service at all. I had a fraudulent charge issue, and it literally took me 45 minutes to get someone breathing on the phone. They were not a part of the department I needed, but she did ATTEMPT to help. In the end, I was told I needed to come into a branch to have it resolved. This was not the first issue that I've had with my card regarding my ability to use it, but let me say this... IT WILL BE THE LAST! I will close the account ASAP if I have ONE MORE ISSUE WITH MY CARD! I'm done.

I recently called to get approved for a car loan over the phone. I have good credit and enough money, so I thought it would be a straightforward process. The representative was professional and helpful, but when I was assigned a loan officer, let's call her Anonymous, it turned out to be a frustrating experience. Despite running my credit, the loan officer provided misleading information about the loan process, especially regarding the Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement (MVPA). I was trying to purchase a Tesla, which has a mostly computerized process, but the loan officer insisted she had experience with Tesla loans, which I found unprofessional. In the end, I let them run my credit but ended up purchasing the Tesla with cash. It was a waste of time, paperwork, and energy.

Every other time I come in here I have a bad experience. Employees are un knowledgeable. I have to explain to them how to do their job. They’re rude and act like they don’t want to be there. Will be closing my account after this last experience.

This place is more poorly ran than were I left. Freaking ATM's don't work. Never had a bank ask what bills you want. Just give me my dam money. On the hunt for another bank.

Terrible communication in trying to get auto loan. I expected better. Competitor process paperwork in one day and closed loan. After working with fedex for 4 days still didn't get an answer. Sad, been a customer for over 30 years.

Someone stole my debit card information and made a $335 on the other side of the country. I call first thing Monday morning to report the issue. They cancel my card and give my money back the next day. A week later the money is gone again and no one can tell me why. I try to contact the company that stole the money and they won't answer their phone or reply to any emails. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOU BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE AND ANYONE STEALS YOUR BANK CARD AND DO WHAT THEY WANT WITH IT, THIS BANK WILL PRETEND TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, BUT LET IT HAPPEN. This isn't the first time this has happened but this is the first time it is this amount. I KNOW THAT I'M NOT THE ONLY PERSON THIS HAS HAPPENED TO WITH THIS BANK. SOMEONE OUT THERE IS SICK AND TIRED OF THIS TOO. I'M THINKING CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT.

Had a lot of errands to run and getting money out of the bank was one of them but the bank was on the other side of town so of course that was the last thing to do for the day. When I arrived to the bank at 3:55 everyone of the bank staff was in a meeting and I didn't have my card to use the ATMkeep in mind the bank is supposed to close at 4:30 but it closed early . The inconvenience of such a thing like this is unexceptional.
