Came here to print A picture and the Hispanic Worker was rude to me and to my mom I ask him some questions and he got mad and kind wanted to yell at me he look mad at me and my mom I talk to the manager the manager was definitely nice and he gave good service but the employee definitely not I ask the worker to help me to print Someone and he click on the computer and told me to wait I was sitting down more than 15 minutes till I told the manager if is going to take long to print and he said no let me see what's going on and he help me under then 3 minutes and gave me my picture the rude worker didn't even help me on anything but the manager was very nice and good service

Brought in two engine stand racks. Tricky for loading and unloading. Security was easy friendly. Escorted in by forklift driver. Got in then right back out.

I got into the store about 7:46p.m to quickly print off 2 documents because I knew they were about to close. However, one of my documents I couldn't get to pull up so I had to search and resend. This in turn, caused me to roll over 8p.m. But they had 2 other groups in the store as well.... one group of ladies going back and forth with the assistant manager (Kisha) regarding an issue, and there was a different group of ladies still printing as well. As soon as the assistant manager made the closing announcement I hurried and left before anyone else. So as I'm heading toward the door this little girl/employee says to me "are you leaving?" I kept looking and heading for the door because for one that was a STUPID question, and for 2! who speaks that way to a customer,?! I don't care if it is a few minutes past closing. You thank them any way and invite them back... but, I can't expect much from a little girl who has a lot to learn, can I? Any how I get in my car and backed up on the other side, to finish checking my emails/documents. They called the police to come out and "check on me." Why?! Because I'm a black woman?! Because I was wearing a hoodie(that wasn't even pulled over my head)?! Because I didn't respond to your employees ignorant comment, on my way out?! Because I was sitting in my car minding my own business?! Or was it because your employee, who happened to be white/non-minority claimed to feel a way, for no reason at all?!! All while this goes on, there's 2 white girls in a white Camry 2 cars over from where I'm parked and of course no one said a THING to them! They even backed out and backed in next to me(roll your camera back)... but they're not a threat to you, right? Just remember THIS! I'M A CHILD OF GOD AND JUDGEMENT DAY IS COMING. SO BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE, REPENT AND TREAT EVERYBODY AS GOD WOULD TREAT THEM. OTHERWISE, YOU'LL KEEP REAPING THE BAD SEEDS YOU'RE CONSTANTLY SOWING.
P.S. LEARN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WHO'S REALLY THE THREAT AND WHO'S NOT

Kisha was AMAZING!! I'm from out of town and my wife was attending a ceremony at the FedEx World Headquarters and needed something printed in a crunch. Kisha, let her smile show through her mask as she assisted me while maintaining social distancing. Her quick and friendly service made all the difference. She should be on a FedEx customer service committee or something. Haha anyway thank you Kisha for all of your help! Your spirit is contagious and I'm glad to have met you. I hope your career with FedEx blossoms!

The employees are not professional! Waited over an hour for my package " a suit " to be shipped ! Because there new inexperienced employee couldn't find the box it needs to be shipped in , while other employees just told her what to look for instead of assisting her to get the line moving !!!! & when it was time to pay , they told me they don't accept Apple Pay !!!!! We're in 2020 !!! Fedex you need to do better !

This location opens at 7 am. I was there at 7:01. Thanks goodness I needed 2 photo copies for the Airport and what I had at home wasn't cuttin it. I walked in that morning in a stupid hurry. The lady on staff assisted me quickly with the email address to forward the photo to and then directed me to the copy machine and once I put in the emailed pass code my items was printing and I was on my way. FedEx office save the day!
