The absolute worst. Has screwed up on both shipments I used them for, causing US Customs tattoos for items that were not even in my shipment. Seabay uses them. Seabay is a good shipper, but FedEx brokerage sucks. Very tardy in communication, and this last time didn't even address the problem but instead talked about how the own is the same as another item... Neither items on my shipment (employee Abel Revilla). What is going on? It's not that hard to do business, FedEx! Avoid FedEx Brokerage if at all possible.

Paid a steep price to send a parcel internationally. I GAVE THEM TWO ADDRESSES and a TELEPHONE NUMBER. They could not deliver it. It was a nightmare to get it returned even telling me multiple times it was destroyed. They finally refunded me completely after contacting the BBB. Put some faith in the Federally funded Postal Service instead.

Customer service is horrible...they hold up your shipment then you cannot get in touch with them by email or by phone. Pathetic....
