  Horrible experience. They deliver the package to my address where the receiver person no longer resides. I returned 2 of the packages and asked them to update or flag this delivery but they continue in doing so. I also called and explained but they can't do anything.   After using the FedEx website to create and pay for a shipping label, including providing size and weight of the package, and after the package was DELIVERED, FedEx decided to change how much they charged me. Added $40.00 and billed my credit card. Never using FedEx again.

  This Fedex driver was blasting loud and inappropriate music in a quiet neighborhood and SMOKING on the job. I guess these behaviors should be addressed seriously.
