My grandfather was sent counterfeit clothing from a company in china. He attempted to get his money back and Fedex refuses to charge back because the charge “wasnt fraudulent”When calling he was met with a rude employee “kayla” telling him “you were not scammed sir” after he explained the situation to her. She acknowledged that the clothes were counterfeit yet still argued that the he wasn’t being scammed. He worked for this company for over 30 years and their employee “Kayla” met him with nothing but disrespect. I cannot believe the nerve this woman had. This is ridiculous.

Driver flew through a convenient store to pass a red light and almost hit me. Simply put he valued his time more than human life.When a put my hands up he stopped to cuss me out as if I had done something wrong. It's obvious FedEx takes no responsibility for hiring incompetent employees with no regard for safety.This happened in FL DOT# 86876 TN, Memphis I looked up their DOT record and they have 5 fatalities and hundreds of crashes. It comes as no surprise to me. As for the driver hes a coward and showed it that day
