Thanks to the associate who took the time to listen and assist me in returning work equipment for a job I no longer work at and would've been charged for! I wish I got your name. The other highly animated lady at the counter wasn't even trying to help & completely disregarded me telling the manager to deal with me which was very rude! I will not be using this facility again unless I have too! Give that nice worker a raise and demote the other one, she spoke on the other lady terribly claiming she didn't know what she was doing yet she had a resolution to my cry for assistance! Take pride in your job and learn customer care skills. Again THANK YOU TO THE FEDEX EMPLOYEE WHO ACTUALLY ACTIVELY DO THEIR JOB AND NOT JUST THERE TO COLLECT A CHECK!

First time visiting this store. I love the store let start with that because I will return when needed. It was a high spirited employee on the phone laughing and joking. I saw other customers on the copy machines so walked to the counter to ask the employee how do I make a copy and he told me to read the instructions on the iPad. I did that but I kept getting stuck because I didn’t know that I had to answer the question on actual copy machine ( which was simple but I didn’t know ??♀️) so I asked him twice. Telling him I did what he said but it’s not copying. He kept telling me to start over instead of just actually showing me. So after the third time I walked up there he finally walked out there to show me. I don’t understand why he is there if he can’t assist. Some people have never used your equipment and really need assistance. But the store is actually a wonderful idea.

If you need something printed that you have already emailed them and have a retrieval code for, and you ask the employee to quickly print it for you but he/she directs you to the self printer and hand you a little card with instructions, DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM and insist that they quickly print it for you because they try to SCAM you at the self printer by forcing a hold on your card for way more money than they need to and wouldn't let you proceed to the next step unless you pre approve a ridiculously higher amount then the actual cost of your printouts and the employees know this but they have been told by upper management/ corporate NOT TO HELP THE CUSTOMER in such situations because then they would have to charge you for exactly how much you printed. I have even heard they don't return your money unless you really call them and fight them. I don't know who the genius (idiot) executive at corporate was who came up with this fraud and thought they could scam customers generate more revenue/ profit for shareholders and customers wouldn't notice but I will be launching a complaint against them with the FTC and consumer protection agency and never print/ ship anything from FedEx ever again and I suggest everyone else does the same. Clearly their business has taken a hit and they're floundering and resorting to these scams in an act of desperation. Also do not trust any of the positive reviews on here as majority of them are fake.

They are way quicker than other locations, very polite, extremely professional. If you need something done right come to this location, especially if you need something done in a hurry.

I just wanted to take a moment to give a shoutout to Shelia at Fedex for her outstanding customer service! I had a really delicate package that I needed to get delivered during my recent visit to the store, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of properly. She was super helpful throughout the entire process, and I couldn't have done it without her. If you're ever in need of assistance at Fedex, be sure to ask for Shelia - she's the best!

This is my favorite FedEx Office location in Memphis. The service is phenomenal and everyone is very friendly. Sheila and Sherese are the best!! The manager, name starts with a V, is also really cool. They always take care of business. Thank you and keep up the great work!!

Came here to print A picture and the Hispanic Worker was rude to me and to my mom I ask him some questions and he got mad and kind wanted to yell at me he look mad at me and my mom I talk to the manager the manager was definitely nice and he gave good service but the employee definitely not I ask the worker to help me to print Someone and he click on the computer and told me to wait I was sitting down more than 15 minutes till I told the manager if is going to take long to print and he said no let me see what's going on and he help me under then 3 minutes and gave me my picture the rude worker didn't even help me on anything but the manager was very nice and good service
