I had two packages delivered by FedEx within the last week and both went terribly. I am attaching screenshots of the travel history for each package. As can be seen, both packages were in Massachusetts (the place of destination), then for some unknown reason, FedEx sent them to Connecticut which is nearly 100 miles out of the way. After that, they returned to Massachusetts. Because of this, both packages were delayed in delivery.
When I contacted FedEx about these late deliveries, they were of no help whatsoever. It took a total of four phone calls to even reach a human being — if the automated phone system doesn't like what you say/choose, it hangs up on you — a very frustrating experience to say the least. When I finally did reach a human, they refused to accept any responsibility for the late deliveries, and instead provided numerous excuses, none of which contained any logic. During the course of the phone call, the operator actually changed their explanation several times, only adding to the lack of logic.
It's easy to see why FedEx has so many low-rated reviews online. Their delivery service is terrible and their customer service is even worse. Even the United States Postal Service has better service than FedEx does.

I live in a quiet gated community and my office is in front of the house and a delivery driver parked in front of my house and Hannah's rap music cranked up real loud while I was on a business call had to run her and tell him to turn it down and then go back and explain to the people when I was dealing with on the contract why I had loud music at my house good way to lose a lot of money no respect for my business

Agree with all those who are negative about FedEx. Package was shipped 4/10/24 to NH. Arrived in CT on 4/12/24. We still don't have the package. It has been in CT, then shipped to MA and back to CT. I have called numerous times and am sick of the automated info. Finally spoke to a rep twice. A couple of weeks ago she said the package had been given to the USPS and gave me tracking no. That lead nowhere and was an obvious lie as package next went to MA. Got another live person today who did not speak good English and told me pretty much the same info with different dates. Very disappointed with FedEX in general and their customer service dept needs to be completely overhauled. I will not be using FedEx to mail anything in the future. Almost a month and still no package. It has been sitting somewhere (125 miles from it's final destination) for almost a month. That is terrible service.

This is the worst shipping company in all over world. They sent me wrong packet, they couldn’t find my packet. They closed my claim without finding my packet. They don’t do anything. Do not send anything with FedEx. I’m so serious !

The Driver said made an attempt delivery. Which is a lie first of all doesn't require a signature second of all I was outside doing yard work for 3 hours no fed ex came by . So if he made an attempt why wasn't package left at door like it's suppose to be he just didn't make delivery probably doing other stuff instead of his job.

Seriously incompetent and useless company. Purolator, UPS and even Intelcom are better. FedEx is supposed to be the best, but they are actually the worst. Drivers can’t take simple instructions and too much bureaucracy in this company.

The worst delivery service world wide. Constantly losing my packages and getting delayed. They always have some sort of fine print to protect them but they are neve able to help the customer. This company doesn't care and they are terrible.

I received a package and instead of delivering it to the front porch which is normal delivery at my residence, the package was placed slightly inside my garage where it got wet from the rain we are having. I do not recommend FedEx. Some of their drivers are too lazy to do their job. The only way to complain is via phone which gets ignored.

This place is a joke, they are incompetent. Screw the fact that it's the holidays. I have had many other packages from literally every other delivery company get ordered and arrived long before they can even tell me where my package is. Avoid doing business with FedEx at all costs.

I paid $600 for my package to be delivered 3 -day express delivery from Austin, TX to New Hampshire. They attempted to deliver around noon to my mother's home on CHRISTMAS EVE. There was a door tag left that there would be a second attempt later that same day. My mom stayed at home and waited for 8 hours on Christmas Eve for the second attempt. When she finally realized the package wouldn't be delivered the second attempt, she called the FedEx store. The employee she spoke to there said the delivery driver went home EARLY and the second attempt wouldn't be made. At that time, she didn't have enough time before the store closed to go pick the package up since the store would be closing soon. The package wasn't delivered until after Christmas. So because of FedEx's negligence, her Christmas Eve was completely ruined from waiting around all day and our long distance Christmas was also ruined because the presents that I spent hundreds of dollars on wouldn't arrive until days after Christmas. I've filed a refund request and was denied right away. I have made numerous phone calls and was told I can't even file a complaint either. I need to be pointed in the direction of a formal complaint about that specific FedEx office and for the denial of this refund request. I paid ALOT of money for that package to arrive on Christmas Eve and it was not delivered then. You all need to stop taking advantage of people by jacking up your prices for the holidays and not being able to deliver on your promises. How CONVENIENT that they suspended the money back guarantee until mid January so they don't even have to see or hear our complaints and pay for their utter negligence. Then the lack of professionalism of that FedEx office was so rude and disrespectful. I demand a refund.

Fedex in general sucks! They show you low prices and then charge a much higher amount after delivery. At that point you wish you went with another carrier but it's too late. Now having issues getting packages delivered that cleared customs over a week ago. FEDEX is too big and doesn't care about customers as they often don't respond to emails or call back.
