I have had the worse experience with FedEx. I sent a package on Aug 11, and it was supposed to get to its final destination on the 13th. It has been in Memphis,TN for almost 15 days. I paid $100 and every time I call customer service, they tell me something different.

I sent a percel from Nigeria enroute Meryland since 1st August. The parcel left Nigeria on the 12th. Almost two weeks after submission. You cannot believe that as at the time I am writing this, it have been in Memphis since 18th and have not left. Fedex what is the problem?

FedEx is the worst delivery service available!!!! They lost two packages from the same company twice!!!!!! When trying to contact for help they are useless!!! No one can give me answers!!!
Don’t ever use FedEx for any shipment!

For such a worldwide presence company with amazing service, when they drop the ball it hurts. The delivery window to my home changed twice in one day, so now they give an 8 hour delivery wet window - and don’t support any of the functions they offer in their text messages! How dumb!

I’ve been waiting on pkg since 7/5. I’ve spoken with multiple reps who advised reason for delays was “rainstorm in irondale Al” ( I’m an hour away - no mention of rain nearby or in area) or “ “ attempted deliver on this day and time” and I’ve yet to see anyone. I WFH so it’s not like I’d miss their delivery especially since the times attempted were before 5. However what can you do ? They don’t have to input any info other than attempted delivery. So now in frustration I canceled order because apparently spectrum only uses FedEx.
