This place is a joke for outside carriers. For something as simple as unloading a few pallets (straight pull off). It takes way longer than it should. If you have multiple stops chances are you will miss the next stop if scheduled on the same day. It’s a nightmare trying to find a place to drop your trailer because their own drivers take 2-3 spaces to drop trailers. For a fed-ex terminal this place is at the bottom of the list. But….. I will give the people in the gaurd shack and in the driver check in office for being very polite and friendly. Everything else about this place sucks!!! When they unload your trailer all of the trash is left behind in the trailer. Empty pallets plastic wrap etc., etc……. I asked if I could use their dumpster to throw the trash out of my trailer and I was told that common carriers or outside carriers is not allowed to use their dumpster to clean their trailer out. When they (meaning fed-ex) was the one that trashed my trailer!!!!?????

Live unloaded perishable hello fresh unloaders started shift at 1300hrs was done by 1400 quick but there was a mess left in trailer after unloaded

This is where packages go to die. Once they arrive there you never see them again. My package has been sitting there for the 4th day now. Such an incompetent company.
Update. My package is still sitting in Memphis for the 7th day now. Their Facebook warriors all want to help when really all they do is read my tracking information back to me. They put a trace on the package, waste of time. Now I had to contact PapPal with a dispute hurting the small company I purchased from.

I've been working here for the past 3 years. I absolutely love it here! It's easy but hard at the same time especially on a hot day/night. I have never in my life felt more in shape then I do today! The managers here are awesome! Couldn't ask for a better job with good pay!

The only problem I see is when they cut the bolts and leave the pieces in the yard, although they're broken and as one person said are no good, well I'm going to say they're worth about 4 hrs in the shop and about 50 bucks if the tire can be saved. So pay attention.

Poor service the delivery person didn't not right door bell. Put package at the edge of porch some one off the street could have easily stolen. Service needs to improve ASAP

Idk what's going on with FedEx, but I ordered something and it went from being in Georgia to Louisiana and now California just completely drove past Memphis where there's a FedEx here.
